Just happened to see this the other day on Pokeani:
So, just like its Tokyo counterpart did last year, another Pokémon center relocates and replaces one of its mascots with a newer Generation IV Pokémon.
Here's my rough translation, which may have a few errors:
Pokémon Center Nagoya, in Nagoya's Oasis 21 building, will be moving to a different location within that same building, and this store will be larger in scale than the current one. It's unknown when the move will take place, but leaflets were seen being handed out, so it will happen shortly.
Furthermore, the store's reopening will be accompanied by a new logo, in which Hikozaru (Chimchar) joins in place of Mizugorou (Mudkip).
