Powersave change gender?

I heard there was a way to change a Pokemon's gender with a Powersave. I was wondering if this was true, and if so, if someone could do it for me? Thanks so much!

IIRC, a Pokemon's gender is stored as part of their internal personality value -- one of the bytes represents gender, and whether it's above or below a certain threshold dictates whether they are male or female (which is also why some female Azurill suddenly become male upon evolution).

So long as you know where to find the data for the Pokemon in question, yes.
