Private Message issue

I don't remember what the exact date was that the admins were going to delete private messages or if it even happened yet. This is something I noticed today. I have folders for certain people in my inbox and anything older than October 2008 shows up in the list, but the title is gone, there's nothing to click on, and the date says 12:00AM01-01-1970. It shows up as taking up space in my inbox and they look like they can be deleted, but I don't want to delete them as I'm not sure if they got backed up when I did my backup. In one of my folders, there looks to be more empty messages, but it's impossible because I know what the earliest one was and it's still there. What's going on here?

I'd bet a glitch. 12:00:00 AM on January 1, 1970 is the beginning of the Unix time epoch, where its seconds counter is 0. Kinda like calling 'M up in RB.

If you've got something like that in your PM folders, you can safely delete them. The PM purge was already done weeks ago.

Oh, okay. Yeah, I couldn't understand why they'd be in there and still taking up space. When the purge happened, I expected my 90%+ filled warning to disappear and it never did, that's why I assumed it didn't happen. Thanks Archaic.
