Russia receives XY Blisters, Theme Decks: Booster Box, Tins to be made available later

With the Pokémon Trading Card Game returning to Russia with the XY expansion this month, several set related merchandise products are being made available to promote the expansion. These products include four different Two Pack Blisters, and the two XY Theme Decks available now, with the booster box for the expansion, and the Xerneas-EX and Yveltal-EX Tins being made available sometime in the near future. The expansion will be the same as the English release, except it is currently unknown whether or not Russia will be receiving their own exclusive Vivillon pattern.

Lol, there is absolutely no advertising for TCG (or anything Pokemon, for that matter) in Russia. Hell, I found out about this deck here
The original source of the information is an online store for card games
I don't know why would they bother, as there is no way that even production+importation costs will be covered by the sales
