Note: I am sorry. I try not to sound extremely serious, but, seriously? Out of the blue, lo and behold, an anime special. Unlike Pokemon Origins first announcement, which was justified thanks to the special being similar to the original games, this is some shit that randomly came up. Because of this, I think the special has a small chance of being dubbed. Sorry if I whined too much.
