My best cooking handiwork
Just last year, on Thanksgiving, my mother had to work, so she entrusted me with cooking Thanksgiving dinner. This was my first time cooking a holiday dinner. In the end, my signature pasta salad came out great, the baked beans were perfect, as were the green beans, the yams, and the Mac & Cheese. The turkey was picture perfect- it was all done evenly. The dark meat was done all the way through, as was the white meat, which was just as juicy as the dark meat. Needless to say, it was a Thanksgiving to remember.
