Team Rocket, the best creative People

How are you guys?

From this title, what do you think of the machines that had been made by team rocket, don't you think that they deserve to the best creative people?

If they were to actually be creative, they would've made an unstoppable war machine that would let them dominate the whole world a long time ago. As it stands right now, their failures make them a complete laughingstock, as even a pint-sized squirt like Ash could take them down.
 
Moving this thread to the anime section since it seems more focused on that part of the franchise.
 
Team Rocket needs to walk out of the anime by now. They have contributed nothing for years (but then again, no character ever contributes anything).
 
Not just their machines, but their outrageous schemes, flamboyant costumes and general song, dance and drama (on occasion, literally) demonstrate fantastic creativity. I second your proposition @may-serena-dawn.

@Crimson Dagger maybe you should rethink your definition of "creative"? Something can be an out-of-the-box idea but still not succeed in its primary purpose.

@_Dog maybe you should reread the thread's question, which you have not answered?
