Long ago when Hyrule was still young, the king was struck with a terrible illness. The doctors couldn't work fast enough and the illness killed him. His wife, the queen, killed herself out of grief. This left a vast power vacuum in the royal family. One that the two princes of the family attempted to fill. The two princes had a civil war with each other. It was horrible. Bloody conflict and carnage everywhere. The young Princess Zelda got killed in the crossfire. After that the two princes decided to settle the conflict once in for all. In a duel. Neither of them survived. With no members of the Royal family left Hyrule was on the verge of chaos. Luckily ganondorf, an old friend of the Royal family and King of the Gerudo, stepped in to fill the void. After that there was peace. For a time anyways. But as they say: absolute power corrupts absolutely. This is especially true when you're the incarnation of the hatred of a vengeful God. Ganondorf went mad with power and started forcing his rule on others as a tyrannical dictator. Everyone expected a hero to appear in the form of link, the one who had defeated ganon in the past, but none came. Now 100 years later you, the descendants of former heroes and champions throughout the ages, are hyrule’s only hope.

Greetings friends. The fact that you are here means you are interested.

Races:

- Hylian (human): hylians are the primary race in Hyrule. They are more or less real life humans but have pointy ears.

-Rito: bird people. These Rito resemble the ones from BotW with feathers all over they're bodies and wings.

-Zora: Semi-aquatic fish people. Zora can swim anywhere. Zora tend to be a wide variety of Skin colors from blue to red.

-Gorons: rock people. Gorons live in mountains and volcanoes. Specifically death mountain. They eat rocks and can roll around and crush things.

-Sheikah: goddes protectors. The sheikah look like hylians but have superior reflexes.

-Gerudos: all female. Gerudos can only have female children. Except when they have male children really rarely wich almost always end up turning into vessels for demises malice. It doesn't make sense.

-Clockworkers: Clock work people. Clockworkers are a non canon race created mainly by hylians to di they're work but ended up becoming sentient. They are usually gold, silver, or bronze and have a gear in the back of there head and a blue, red, or white core in they're chest.

-Kitsune: fox people. These guys are in they're because I have an obsession with them. I just think that they're really cool. They look like normal humans but have fox ears and tails. Their are two tribes the white ear and tailed artic tribe and the orange ear and tailed forest tribe. They can turn into foxes. They also try to wear modest clothes to break stereotypes.

-Kokori: only children. Kokori are a race that is only children. They rarely leave the safety of their grove but those that do never come back. Because of this most Kokori believe that leaving the grove will kill them but that's not true it's just that the grove is hard to find by anyone even kokori.
