What do you think is the hardest pokemon/type to catch?
I think legendaries are the hardest to catch.
 
My Thoughts,

First Order Hardest: The likes of Mew, Celebi and Jirachi. I'm sorry that I don't live anywhere near the vicinity of those stupid locations, but why make it bloody difficult for me to complete the 'Dex?

Second Order Hardest: Trade-only evolutions. I think Clamperl's is easily the worst, but I think they are all unnecessary reasons to force gamers to trade.

Third Order Hardest: Other "insignificant" legendaries, I suppose.
 
Do you mean "hardest to catch" in terms of its catch rate or its rarity?

As far as actually finding the damn thing is concerned, Feebas definitely wins. I put many hours into it in Ruby and I still don't have one.
 
It actually didn't take that long for me to find when I first played Emerald on a ROM.
 
Does a shiny count? I've only found one Shiny, a Dusclops...

I mean it's catch rate.
 
I recall that Delibird was nigh on impossible to catch. It broke out of Ultra Balls, at 1 HP, while asleep. Actually, fifteen of them. I'm not kidding.
 
It just shows that wild pokemon like Skamory, and Spoink(Examples) can be quite hard to catch.:p
 
I say Chansey/Tauros and the like because of the nature of their encounter.

Chansey moreso because it's damn hard to encounter much less catch.
 
Legendaries, Feebas, and for me it would be Heracross.... One of these days I'll get one, it keeps fleeing after I throw a Pokeblock at it. *shakes fist*
 
this may sound weird but metagroos was the easiest while gyrados and mewteo is the hardest.
