So yeah, what's it like in a PC box.

I imagine the Pokemon would be frozen in time until it is retrieved.
Either that or it's like a little paradise:)
 
Given how the game mechanic of Pokerus works, I'd say the Pokemon would be frozen in time. We also don't have any anime representation of this, as PC storage is actually sending a Pokemon to a guardian for real-time care. Sadly, PC storage is a lonely existence for a Pokemon, no matter how much we don't like it.
 
It's probably similar to a pokeball, but more comfortable. The PC has access to pokemon centers and Nurse Joys are always online to check on your pokemons. It's probably like a miniature homeland.
