Ash and the others are delighted, and Noibat gets extremely attached to Ash apparently thinking he is its father. However, it soon becomes clear this Noibat can't fly. Ash and Pikachu start putting it through training to teach it how, but then Team Rocket show up and abduct Noibat and Hawlucha!

Well maybe they abducted Noibat and accidentally caught Hawlucha as well and if not, it's not a bad idea for them to capture more than one Pokemon.

Pretty hyped for this episode, I hope this is not a one time master/student relationship. I would totally love them to show Noibat learning things from Hawlucha constantly.

And egg hatching hype!!! Next week we have a birthday to celebrate! Hype Hype Hype Hype Hype!

At the end of the trailer with Noibat gliding down the hill, I can see how cool this Pokemon can be if the writers doesn't screw up (which I think they won't).

I bet those things on Team Rocket's ears are some kind of ear plug to avoid Noibat's SuperSonic. Also this is the first time a recently hatched Pokémon belonging to Ash imprints on him.

You gotta love how casual Hawlucha is when tied to that tree with Noibat. He's like "Whatever, nothing new. Easy enough to escape from when they're not looking." Which, obviously, it is, as both he and Noibat escape and battle Inkay. I am really looking forward to this episode.

I'm glad they're revealing it now and the whole Flame Body/halves egg time mechanic, but Flame Body could/should have been introduced much earlier. Especially during the Korrina and Ramos Gym Battles.
