Gen V Legendary Trio

What do you think the legendary trio will be? I was thinking they could be elemental spirits

A Grass/Ghost forest spirit based on an elf

A Fire/Ghost volcano spirit based on a demon

A Water/Ghost sea spirit based on a merperson

all unique type combinations

the elf could be found in a giant tree that you enter and have to climb several floors

the demon could found in a volcano like stark mountain

the merperson could be found in an underwater cavern (if they bring dive back)
 
I was thinking something a little more animal-esque. I like the idea of them being fire, grass, and water type though.
 
I was thinking that a legendary trio based on temperatures or seasons would be a good idea.

A heat or summer legendary that is a fire type. It could be based off a dinosaur.
A cold or winter legendary that is an ice type. It could be based off of an animal from the ice age.
A warm or spring legendary that is a grass type. It could be based on a moose or deer.
 
although type combos are unique we have 1 water legendary every gen besides that the other 2 types of elements also have ben used; 3 fire and 2 grass albeit grass legendaries were event pokemon.
That being said i want unmade legendary types. With poison,bug and fighting. Probably not gonna happen but it is a possibility and we can always hope.Don't care whether they have unique typing or pure type.
 
How about some Fighting legends? That would be pretty cool, seeing as we've never had any before. I'm thinking:

Fighting/Water
Fighting/Poison
Fighting/Rock
 
I was thinking the three main Big Cat species.

Tiger: Normal/Dark

Lion: Normal/Fire

Cheetah: Normal/Electric
 
I'mma predict at least two trios again, though for one I will say represent the two games, and the inevitable third one. Light, Dark, and inbetween.
 
There are quite a few patterns the legends take now.

All gens:
1. a minor trio that's optional to battle and scattered across the region.
2. a small event legend, with 100 base for all 6 stats

Since the 2nd gen:
3. boxart revealing the major legends
4. a duo of some form

Since the third gen:
5. a major trio representing the three games

None of us saw the lake trio coming in the 4th gen, although our prediction was for dragons, which was technically true, only it was the major trio, and not the minor. Unfortunately, the theory that led to that conclusion has run it's course. (and it may still be invalid) Ever since the Regis broke the pattern, there's no telling what they will do.
 
As long as they're not all the same type like the lake trio. Hate those bitches.

I like these a lot. I was thinking what aspect of nature hasn't been done yet and couldn't think of one, but seasons is a cool idea.

I actually quite like the idea of this since it's never been done and having a fighting trio could be quite cool. I feel they definitely need to take a fresh spin on the new legendaries.

For me I would like to maybe see a trio of dragons possibly Greek Gods style with one for the sky like Zeus (Thunder/Flying) one for the water like Poseidon (Water/Ice) and one for the ground like Hades (Ground/Dark). Maybe for a change they could all come after you during the course of the game too.

Not with those combinations. We already have two of them, and if there's any point to fighting, it's to be matched with new types.
 
A Serpent Trio.
A Sea Trio.
A Hoofed Trio.

Three trios!

I'd say
Sasquach
Chupacapra
Yeti (Ice)

Yeti just fits so well with the other two.
 
i want a tiny pokemon that turns big after giving an item like shaymin adn also i want it to be the boxarts:


a savior pokemon that looks like a dog
a destroyer pokemon that looks like a cat
a balance pokemon that looks like a rat

it would be good if i see those

Sorry but you are 3 generations too late because Entei, Raikou, and Suicune are those exact animals.
