I agree dude, if that were to happen Generation 6 will forever be my favorite generation of all time XD

Also Hirobyte said in spanish on his Twitter some time back ago that Dunsparce would finally get his time to shine in Generation 6. Not only that but all of the attention that Dunsparce has been getting lately with not only being on the cover of the latest mystery dungeon but also playing a good part in the game as well. Oh and don't forget there is one in the opening of the latest anime as well, which is most probably the one Ash failed to catch just like a little certain purple monkey was in the opening before even appearing on an episode of the Battle Frontier saga and Ash did fail to catch Aipom the first time he attempted just like he did with Dunsparce, then he finally wound up catching Aipom and lo and behold it got an evolution in Generation 4.

It's good to know that this leak will probably be at the end of the week. Makes the first week of school much more tolerable.

If this is how excited everyone gets when a magazine is about to leak a bit of information in two days, I can't imagine everyone's excitement level once we're only a day away from the game's release.

I hope that "new evolutions" does indeed mean more cross gen evos and not unrevealed evolutions of 6th gen Pokemon, I'd like to see a few more of them before the game is released. Aside from that, I'm more than sold on this game.

It basically turns into 4000 count down threads and whining and moaning about the week taking to long or insomnia. At some point people from VP come over (the ones that aren't already secretly VP users) and start trolling for the fun of it ~ it's pretty fun

We had Roserade and Elecable in the September issue of 06, so hopefully it's that. It'd be nice to see how some cross gen evolutions will be handled this gen other than simply fairy types.

I don't know why people keep thinking it's release date is the 10th, it clearly states on the website that it's the 12th. When it's released on the 15th, we generally get leaks between the 11th and 13th, so 2-4 days between the 12th is what we should be expecting.

pretty sure the reason for the confusion about the release date is because people started saying it release on 12th so will leak around 10th, then people who saw this said we would get it around 10th and other people thought this meant it will release on 10th.

Not to burst the awesome bubbles, but isn't the corocoro description ("new evos and kalos pmons!") talking about last month's issue instead of the next one? Someone on serebii mentioned it :/

On the first page it's basically been translated though the type chart for Fairy is a little bit bogus because it didn't state whether that was defending or offensing type chart for Fairy. And cross out that Esper - Dragon / Fairy Type because the original Japanese post didn't mention it, don't know how that popped up.

The second page translation is also correct, except for two part. One sentence is missing, this sentence say that there is still no info on trading (probably refer to backward compatibility). The second one is about Dedenne. This is very bogus because it says Dedenne Chou (as in the kanji for super) and Fae (short for fairy probably), which look like a childish wizard/magician. The reason I say this is bogus is because of the Chou Fae, the Japanese name for Psychic type is Esper and the Chinese name for Psychic type use the kanji Chou as an abbreviation for Chounouryoku (chao neng li in Chinese). So the type for Dedenne could be psychic/fairy or the original post could just meant it's a super fairy type, which doesn't quite make sense. It's very confusing.

"New" evolutions just means evolutions we haven't seen yet, it doesn't have to mean evolutions of new Pokemon. Personally I'd like to save SOME excitement for the game's release in seeing what certain Mon evo into, but getting some evos for older Mon would be cool.

On that note I've been thinking; I have a hunch that there IS a second Eeveelution coming out this Gen, and that it'll be Dragon Type or, if the rumor about Fairy being weak to Poison is true, Poison, or perhaps Steel. After all, all the Eeveelutions in the past have been somehow strong or weak to the other(s) released in the same Gen (the triangle with Flare/Vap/Jolt, then Epsy/Umbry, then Leaf/Glac). If we don't get something following the same pattern here I'll honestly be surprised.

I'm aware of that -- and it does seem that G5 didn't introduce any Baby Pokemon. But it did follow 3 previous generations of somebody handing you a Pokemon Egg at some point during your game, several of which were indeed Baby Pokemon.

Using Larvesta in your example doesn't make sense, though, because it doesn't follow the trend of getting a Baby Pokemon. Personally just because we got a few Eggs over the past few Gens doesn't make me think there are more Babies this Gen; what makes me think that is the fact that pretty much EVERY GEN since G/S/C has had Baby Pokemon. I'd be truly surprised is we didn't get a few this time around, too. Maybe, oh, I don't know...ONE FOR KANGA AND ONE FOR MILTANK/TAUROS, GAME FREAK?! I seriously want a Calf Pokemon that either evos into Tauros if M or Miltank if F. It's a perfect idea!

Is it? Wasn't the description on the CoroCoro site? Why would they let the description of an old issue there?

I've also heard that the wording is just really weird, and that actually is for this month's edition.

Also the website wouldn't 'update' with old information...

They didn't. Someone just happpened to notice it now and made a big deal about it; I saw the page around a week ago. If you need proof, the headline of the page makes it clear that the description is that of the August issue, which was released last month (that's how CoroCoro's naming system works).

This is the page for the upcoming issue. It just says that the scoop will be promoted via a poster included in the magazine.

I didn't single Larvesta out or anything, I just named all the ones I could think of, Baby or not.
