Preview BWS2DA!E19 - Best Wishes! Until The Day We Meet Again!!

Hmmm...if this is the departure ep, then I think they're using the previous ep as an excuse to get rid of Cilan. If not, then I don't know what's going on. This could just be the end of the island hopping and next is the Kanto endgame. Regardless, something tells me they've been waiting the entire generation to use this title.

This sounds like an "goodbye" episode to me. This could be the last BW episode or maybe the Iris and Cilan leaves Ash episode. Alexa is not there anyway. We can be sure of that.

Who wants to bet that Kibago's evolution dream doesn't even get referenced here?

Calling it now, every Parker has been a Team Rocket grunt!

Calling it now, the Parker in the picture is James!

I think it's the final episode. It shouldn't be, I wished they would spend at least 2 episodes in Kanto, but it almost definitely is. UNLESS it's a 2-parter. Think about it; the final episode of DP made reference to the series name in the Japanese title (Memories are Pearls! Friendship is a Diamond!). I don't see why Best Wishes would make reference to this without it being the final episode.

I didn't want Iris and Dent to leave :/ Oh well, hopefully they will get specials like those of Takeshi and Hikari.

Actually, some time time ago, pocketmonsters.net released broadcast data for upcoming episodes. There was data for an episode with a Lapras (which, going by dates and releases is this episode) and another episode after that, which will feature Zekrom. So far that data has been accurate, so it's safe to say there will be another episode after this one which will be the final episode of BW (which will probably feature Ash visiting Pallet Town).

On-topic: interesting to see Vermilion City again. But we'll probably won't see much of it. I certainly hope Cilan and Iris won't leave in this episode, I hope they will at least go to Pallet Town with Ash in the next episode.

In the picture, Cilan is there, which means he doesn't leave in the Striaton Gym Crisis episode. But that doesn't mean he won't leave in this episode. But if he was just at the Striaton Gym, I don't think he would be going back there. If Cress and Chili came on the boat with that "Icy Challenger", then they would probably be still on the boat in this episode (?) or they could have left without telling Cilan he should come back home. What I'm trying to say is, if they went to the gym, which I think they didn't if they're back on the boat this episode (they wouldn't go completely back to Unova unless it was reasonable and stuff), then only Iris will leave. If they ran into Cress and Chili on one of the islands, then they'd probably be on the boat with Cilan in this episode.

We don't really know much at the moment, but once we get either the next episode, or the Striaton Gym Crisis one, we can't be exactly sure what will become of Iris and Cilan in the anime.

This will be an Interesting Episode I think and it will be Good and What is Parker doing but I think it is James in Disguise because I can not think of Parker doing this at all.

And then they cannot be dubbed either lol

I see "Kuchiba City" mentioned, that's Vermilion City - I guess they arrive there... will we get to see Ambipom? I'd be mad if they're in Vermilion yet totally ignore that Ambipom is there...

Well, that's basically what they did with the entire Battle Frontier arc.

Also, I'm pretty sure this particular Porter is just going to be Jessie or James in disguise.

But what if it's Pierce? *dramatic music*

As much as I love the idea of there being a rogue Parker/Porter who'd try to steal Pikachu, yeah, there's almost certainly more than meets the eye here.

Hmmm...

On one hand, the title sounds like a finale. But on the other, I have trouble believing they'd end Best Wishes about a month before XY .Though it does feel like it's running out of steam. (Not only are there two weeks without episodes in August, but two episodes showcasing Kalos Pokémon before we even head to Kalos!)

I'm thinking "penultimate episode", with Cilan and Iris leaving and Ash flying solo for the Finale (and just hope it goes better than the OS Finale :uhoh:) to cover all of September, then specials in the first two weeks of October.

Some have said that it would be odd for Ash-tachi to break up after Iris & Cilan showed such interest in going to Kanto at the start of DA, but them really wanting to go only to go back to Isshu for whatever reason at the last minute sounds like the kind of the thing the producers would do.
(And heck, they saw plenty of previous generation Pokémon in Decolore.)

Yay! Parker's gonna get some focus again! :D
I hope it's not Jessie or James in disguise, though. Since the summarry says "Parker's against them as well", it sounds like we will see Parker and Team Rocket together. The episode title scares me... It actually sounds like both Cilan and Iris would be leaving, which I find unfitting. I still think Iris will go with Clair, so the two co-stars leaving and this Parker plot seems too much for only one episode to me.

Oh, and this post from the original BW123 review got me thinking since Decolora Adventure started, so...
Parker strikes me as sinister and villainous, cool plot twist if he turns out to be evil.
What? ._.

This was kinda unexpected Parker turning again them (for me at least xD).If all goes well this looks interesting!

The title itself sounds like it could be the last or second to last episode of the series since DP's finale also had its title in the last episode, but it seems kind of odd to end it there when there is a good couple of weeks before XY starts. I could see the series ending with a week or two left before XY starts if they want to use the time to promote X/Y, but this seems a bit early to do that.

This just in: this is the episode with Lapras.

Though how much of a role it will play is a different story (and I'm not sure it's Ash's)...
Wouldn't be surprised if it were just another random cameo
