I hope we dont get a dolphin starter. Id rather stick to semi aquatic for water starters. I think there was a pattern for what starters being stealthy elegant and bulky.
The posters to me look more like a flying weasel or lion cat thing for the red and a ghostly giraffe for the purple.

Ok I am convinced that the Crown and Scepter leak is real. It doesn't seem far fetched and it does not seem like fan service as well as all the England and Crown and Scepter hints seem too be too much to be ignored. All three starters seem to sound epic though! I feel I am going to have a hard time choosing over a rabbit, Goat and Dolphin. I wonder which of the three will be the Tank, Edgy and Feminine ones.

Also I can see the game freak posters in SM looking like a butterfly and Spider too with the Butterfly with the purple poster and the spider in the red poster.

if they do continue the tank-edgy-feminine thing they've been doing, it would probably be grass feminine, fire edgy, water tank next. imagine a tank dolphin.

The Crown does seem kind of odd in the picture though... 2019 is just another year, nothing special like the 25th anniversary of Pokemon or something like that, yet Pikachu is wearing a crown. Its the only Pokemon wearing something in the picture. Now it could be reaching, but the tied tweet does mention big things coming.

Then that would probably make it an Orca or a Whale. Orcas can actually beach themselves when catching prey.

Fake, Real. We can't deny the fact that GF does loosely base the Fire Types on the Chinese Zodiac. [Dragon, Rat, Rooster, Monkey, Pig, Dog and Tiger.] So the next one along can probably be either Sheep, Rabbit, Snake, Ox or Horse.

Yeah, but it also appears to be Detective Pikachu, so it could just be replacing Detective Pikachu's hat- which Detective Pikachu is pretty much a Pikachu version of Sherlock Holmes, so there's a potentially added reason why a British man would put a crown on a British-inspired Pikachu's head. Detective Pikachu is a Brit. =P

Hints are supposed to be subtle. They don't want to give it away completely.
When you look back at past games there's plenty of these hints, rarely are the 2 together.

The USUM boxart had the words "Let's Go" plastered over the back, they didn't say, "Let's Go, Pikachu and Eevee"
In X and Y we were given an item called the "Strange Souvenir" that looked like a Tiki that can be from Hawaii or a variety of places in the Pacific, we weren't given an item called "the Hawaiian lei"

For me what did it was the anime specifically referring to Big Ben as being in a faraway region.

If we also look at the clapper cards, if the last episode reflects the number on the clapper, and with the UK revealed of being the next region, then that episode could be the largest hint of all.

This is true, but I wonder what they'll do after they run out of those? Will they use other zodiacs? I hope so.

Right now though it makes it pretty easy to make a believable fake leak as well as rule out definitely fake ones.
