I want to get one too, eventually. I'm holding off on it for now because they're a tad bit expensive for a poor university student like me, and there's no game I really really want to play on it at the moment. But I'm looking forward to the Zelda remake (because I'm a diehard Zelda fan) as well as the newest installment of the Kid Icarus series. Those are two games I definitely want to play. XD

From what I know, that is legitimate. I had another (GameFaqs) user run it through some test, and it came out as legit.
