Hahahaha the same as my reaction when I saw ths fan art today lol I have decided to go with the frog ( I'll ofc pretend that the tongue is just a scarf) and I'm also going to get a the fox bred so I can have both starters. I may get Chespin too to complete the set because it is also growing on me. Man this gen has a lot of great designs, I wish i could have a team of 10 XD

I understand. my excitement is decreasing aswell. the mountain dex is filling up rapidly and until now it's got 2 new mons only.

I have yet to decide which one I want. They all look so weird and all over the place. Had that scarf not been a tongue, I would have chosen the frog. I had originally been set on the fox, but the final evo is too much. I dunno. As for the triangle, well to tell you the truth I have never really liked the fighting/ dark/psychic anyway..seemed too much like what the fans want. But, albeit the saving grace was that the frog is the appropriate dark instead of fighting, but this had made chespin devastating against the frog. not fair :/

I think that I share you sentiment.The kalos starters are my least favourite starters. Not even sure what to use.
And if we only end up have less than 100 pokemon the I will be severely disappointed.

I have originally planned on getting the fox, but now I dunno. I love the typing and motif etc but something with th final product just turns me off. the frog is ofc outta the question. If chespin sheds its shell, then omg.

Underwhelmed by both of the final evos, right? God, one one hand you have the freaky fox woman who doesn't trim her ears and on the other you have a frog with a discussing tongue @__@ my hopes are all on chespin now.

I cant stress this enough, but i would be devastated if we ended up having only 70 new mon. That would be the definition of horror. Getting new mons in new generations has always been the most favorite part for me. Id rather we have 150 to be honest. The more mons the more i get love xd. Fighting/ electric, ice/ fairy, dragon/ fairy and fire/ electric. The last would be so ammmazing.

I have to agree on everything you said. Novel type combinations are always appreciated. I really hope that the rumor about having only 70 new pokemon is false. I know that is seems shaky, but i won't settle until I have a confirmation that we have 130 plus mons.

Aaah now I am all worked up. I just wanna see all the new poke already. A minotor would also be amazing. Fairy/ fighting? Or fairy/ dark?

Me too. I'm going nuts..like literally!!! I can't study and I can't do anything. I'm all the time on pokemon fourms lol. I just wanna see all the new mons already. I really hope that the pseudo-legendary will by based on mythology. like some Greek God or something XD
