If you meant by playing Skyscraper...you DO realize you can just play it again, right? The only Field Spell that doesn't let a new Field Spell be played (on its own) is "The Seal of Oricalos", which a) Gaia doesn't have b) it's Forbidden and c) the only reason why you'd want to destroy it is if your losing. Plus, it only absorbs battle damage, meaning that they'd have to have a Burn deck OR posses Elemental HERO Lady Heat and be very...very...VERY patient (since I think Gaia's the only one here who runs E-HEROes).
