With 5IVs is fine, don't think M-Blaziken needs the 31 in Sp Atk ^^, well.. You'll have variety in Charizard (Fire/Flying -Dragon-), Delphox (Fire/Psychic), typhlosion (monotype) and one Blaziken (Fire/Fighting), I don't think 3 fighting ones will make a good combo. Maybe you can pick other ones? Like Chandelure (Ghost) or Ninetales with Drought to power up the fire STABs and weaken the water moves which are a real thereat for your team. Volcarona is a great option too ^^. Well, you just gotta keep trying combinations and look for the one that suits you more.

Oh! M-mewtwo is a monstruosity if you ask me, X or Y?.. So your fav type is fire eh? My fav one's bug (wonder why ^^), a monotype fire team can work as long as you get good secondary types to give a good fight. There are a good amount of guides in the web (and here too) if you decided to take a shot at competitive battling, I can help you too~
