Corsola, where are you?

If, in Diamond, there was a swarm of Corsola on Route 230, where would they be found? Fishing, surfing, grass, or somewhere else on the route I failed to notice? I've tried all of those, but haven't found one yet. Help?

I have no idea. My Swarms seem to go in a a perpetual cycle of Swinub , Skitty and Absol.

In the middle of Route 230, there's an island with grass. That's where you'll find Corsola.

I believe all swarmers are found in grass.
