List of Pokémon by effort value yield (Generation III-IV) - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia
Deoxys (normal form) should give 1 EV in Attack, 1 EV in S.Attack and 1 EV in Speed.

List of Pokémon by effort value yield (Generation V-VI) - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia
Diggersby should give 2 EV in Health.

If anyone can confirm, that'd be great.
