HELP

I downloaded the pokemon bank but it never appeared in the home screen so I tried to find it on alpha Sapphire and couldn't find. Where do I go to use it? Please tell me I really want to move some of my pokemon. Is it because I haven't defeated the eleate 4?

It should be in a present shaped icon on your menu. You might need to scroll right a bit to find it.
