The Pokémon world seems to be composed of places and cultures analoguous to ours, and they even seem to have some of real life popculture referenced in there. For example the movies that the player watch in TV before going on their journeys, are actual movies in real life.
I think that the Pokéworld version of The Simpsons would be made and set in some vague town in Unova, but there will be episodes about the other regions and the Pokémon in there. There are a lot of Gym Leaders\Elite 4\Champions as guest stars, or maybe they're already the usual voices. It would look slightly more animesque as Unova seems to have quite a bit Japanese influences and the drawn in anime style. Burns would be the leader of an evil team and Waylon Smithers would be the team admin. This evil team wants to buy all nuclear power in the world and get filthy rich. Homer, Lenny, and Carl could be team grunts or ex-grunts of some sort. Maybe either Seymour or Moe is the Gym Leader.
