Seems a bit much to offer legends for breeding rejects, although if that's what you want I wouldn't turn it down.

Let's see ... I have Chespin, Chimchar, Phantump, Larvitar, Skarmory & Espurr. All 5IV, all 4 egg moves apart from Phantump, with Hidden Abilities for Chimchar, Phanump & Chespin. Would any of those be enough to (re)start you off?
