Like the Title says, I'm looking for a Japanese Female Togekiss/Togetic,
Preferably with Decent Stats if possible

Been trading on the GTS back and forth for days now but all I'm getting is English ones.
Seems like everyone Wants a Female Togekiss except someone with a Japanese one.

Hidden Power Type: Ice 47
It's yours if you want it. I can even attatch a shiny stone if you want.

That'll be great. The Stone isn't important since I'll just be using it to breed.
Trying to get a Decent Chain going. (Hate Breeding Togepis)
