Male Starly/Ducklett/Rufflet with good Attack IV (Completed!)

I'm going to breed Brave Bird onto a Taillow, and I'd also like to give it a very good Attack IV, so what I need is a male Pokemon from its egg group that can pass on both the move and the IV.

I can offer the following DWF: Vulpix, Eevee, Poochyena, Houndour, Zigzagoon, Pichu. I have lot's of different natures so feel free to ask. I can also offer a DWF Brave Bird Taillow once I've finished the breeding. Can also offer the following egg move Pokemon: Zorua (Dark Pulse), Cyndaquil (Extrasensory). Have lot's of various items and stones so feel free to inquire about those as well. I'll happily trade multiple Pokemon/items for the bird I'm looking for. Thanks!

I can breed you a starly with brave bird and 31 attack IV for a DW female taillow perferably with a jolly nature

Yeah that sounds great, as long as you don't mind giving me a day or two to breed you the Taillow.

I don't mind can you trade now? By the way I checked its IV's 0/31/0/31/31/21 is that OK? It's also got Double edge and roost.
