Admins get to do special things via Admin CP that us regular users could never do assuming he/she is really an admin as his/her signature says.

I think co-owner if anything. But to get a username like his is a very simple code but I'm not sure if we're able to do that with our User CP.

BUt why won't Mozz himself just come and answer? I'm sure he would know if he's an Admin/Mod or not.
