Basically, Secret Sword is similar to Relic Song, and I wonder why they neglect the info of teaching Secret Sword to the other Musketeers via Move Tutors as shown from the first game.

Only Keldeo gets Secret Sword in BW. You just need the others to activate it. They also included this on the official site

Secret Sword is not similar to Relic Song. It's not in the form when it uses it. It's in the formw hen it knows it. Similar to how Rotom's forms originally had to know their specific moves.

When their Forme is changed with the Reflected Mirror in the Dream World, they will now have their Hidden Ability. For Thundurus and Tornadus, their Ability would be Defiant, and Landorus' ability would be Sheer Force. If the Reflected Mirror is removed, then they will change back into their Kenshin Forme. If the Kami Trio are moved to the Pokémon Black and White Versions 2 games from the Pokémon Black and White Versions games and the Reflected Mirror is used, then they will not have their Hidden Ability upon changing Formes.

Wait a minute. Dream World or Dream Radar? Serebii.net says that they can change their form in the Dream Radar. Are you right, or is Serebii.net right?

There is nothing to do with the Dream World. The Pokémon are caught in Dream Radar and sent to the game. You can then unlock the Reflection Mirror in Black 2 & White 2 which changes forms. It's also a Key Item, not a hold item so there is no removing of the item.

It hasn't been fixed. In fact, there's so many oddities I don't know even where to start.

Ignoring the fact that a "Reflected Mirror" is an odd translation...
1) It's a key item
2) Their formes never change when in Dream *anything*

Attempted fix:
When their Forme is changed with the Reflected Mirror (a key item obtained by transferring a Landorus from Dream Radar to Pokemon B2W2) in the Dream World Pokemon B2W2, they will now have their Hidden Ability. For Thundurus and Tornadus, their Ability would be Defiant, and Landorus' ability would be Sheer Force. If the Reflected Mirror is removed used, then they will change back into their Kenshin Keshin Forme. If the Kami Trio are moved to the Pokémon Black and White Versions 2 games from the Pokémon Black and White Versions games and the Reflected Mirror is used, then they will not have their Hidden Ability still have the same ability upon changing Formes.
