Nintendo Direct has announced that downloadable dungeons will be available for Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth. The first downloadable dungeon Poké Forest will be available for free from Nov. 23, 2012, which is the game's release date, until Dec. 31, 2012. After Dec. 31, the download will cost 150 Yen.

Is this the first Paid Pokemon DLC? Funny how even then, it's still free for a decent amount of time.
