Poke RP Help

I have two questions on this:
1.I thought of a RP that will be part war part nice rp playing.Witch do I put it in?
2.What do I post first in,Start-up or Sign-up thread?

I would put it in the RP section, seeing as there are mystery RP's all the time. What you would do is post a Sign-Up in the sign-up thread. Your Sign-Up should include the Plot, the Rules, and a Sign-Up template for people to go by on how to sign-up for your RP.

Then once enough people have joined your Sign-Up, you make a new thread in the Start-Up section where you actually play out your RP.
