The music app "Pokémon Music Pokédex" will be released on the Google Play store in Japan in the near future. The app is free to download, but includes in-app purchases.

I like the idea of having clean loops, like in the games, which is certainly one advantage it has over the soundtracks. I just wish that if you already own the soundtrack on iTunes you could have all of the songs from it on this app. Maybe that's why it's exclusively on Google Play (at least for now) - so that they have an excuse not to do that. After all, there is a massive difference in cost per song between the soundtracks and this.

Well, the UI certainly looks nice. I'm not sure how useful three songs at a time will be-not really enough to get you through your commute.
