If soo...Yes, I do agree, it IS pretty cute. =)

I don't think Beautifly is too much cuter than Wurmple is, though I do fail to see how 'castcoon' and 'silcoon' count as 'cute'.

But I probably still see Beautifly as the cutest of the line, though i'll agree, Wurmple is also pretty cute, too. x3 It's just that Beautifly remind's me of a fairy, anyways...And I love fairies, soo yeah.:ksmile:
 
Kemusso = Wurmple

But yeah, I've always been a fan of the other split of its evolution anyway ;-) I always felt that Agehanto (Beautifly) was a cheap copy of Buterfree (who I LOVE).

BTW, has Milokaross been mentioned? Because Hinbass (unlike Koiking :3) is not particularly cute at all.
 
In my opinion, Flaffy, Bellossom, Raichu and Furret are the ultimate in cuter-than-their-last-form-pokemon. c:
I'd also say Kirlia, but I think Ralts is equally cute.
 
Monferno is adorable. I mean, I can't help but find the entire Chimchar line cute, but Monferno really takes it. It's just such a little cutey.

I also find Kirlia cuter than Ralts somehow. Don't ask me why.
 
Raichu>Pikachu, Azumarill>Marill, Flygon>Vibrava, Kirlia>Ralts, Lanturn>Chinchou, and Bayleef>Chikortita.
 
Furret is cuter then Sentret
Breloom is cuter then Shroomish
I don't know if i'm a little crazy, but I find Floatzel a little cuter then Buizel when it comes to artwork.
 
I might be alone with this, but I think Quagsire is easily cuter than Wooper. Seeing one of those makes me instantly smile.
 
For some reason, I find Sandslash to be absolutely adorable. For more mainstream 'cuteness':

Quilava>Cyndaquil
Furret>Sentret
