Hello, everyone! This is a shameless attempt at a remake of one of my old RPs that I had uncovered while looking through some old files and stuff. I really liked the idea, so I decided to bring "Pokemon: Ultimate Quest" back to BMGf. XD

Pokemon, the amazing creatures that thrive on our planet.
In numbers virtually to massive to even begin to count, hundreds, thousands is the more likely total, but numerous and very to be sure.
People and Pokemon, competing together against others in the Pokemon battle, and hoping to on day, become champions.
Living together, and reaching out to each other, as friends and comrades.
Which brings us to our heroes, young trainers who wish to perfect the art of battle.
And with all of the new people and Pokemon our heroes will meet along the way, a new adventure awaits them.
Many things will try and stop our heroes, dead in their tracks, from achieving their goals. Fearsome Pokemon of legends shall distort their journey. Are you ready?

In this RPG, I've planned to complete a journey through all five regions, Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova. Your character recieves a message at their doorstep saying,

Dear (your character's name),

My name is Professor Krane. I study Pokemon at my lab in the Orre region. I've heard about you, and might I say, you have the potentail to become a great trainer/coordinator. I've been looking for Pokemon trainers, coordinators, and breeders alike to fill out a very important task for me. My colleagues have informed me that it has not yet been completed, by even the greastest, traveler, and requires a firm effort. A bus shall be waiting your arrival in Phenac City. Attached is a bus schedule. Please visit me at my lab for more information.

Name: Ellen Beth Conduit

Age: 16

Gender: Female

Appearance: Ellen is of average height and weight for her age. Shes just about 5 foot 4 inches, and only about 90 pounds. Ellen wears a purple and black plaid blouse, and black jeans. She has black hair that she dyes red. Her hair goes a little below her shoulders. Ellen has brown/black eyes. Think of this girl with different clothes. Ellen has advanced shoes, which have fully functional roller blades that come in and out when she presses a button, like heely's but a lot easier and always stay on the shoe. They're cyan and black, like these.

Personality: Ellen is goofy and nice. She often pulls practical jokes and laughs a lot. She doesn't really like jokes that you say aloud, but she'll still laugh to be polite. Ellen will usually keep quiet unless she is talked to. She likes sweets and can be really hyper. She often does parkour and is very flexible and physical strong because of it. Ellen is a kind battler, and won't try her absolute hardest to beat youngsters, but if she is up against someone older and more experienced, she is relentless. People often underestimate her battling ability because of her size.

History: Ellen was born to a poor family in the slums of Castelia. She lived her first few years of life without too much trouble, but when Ellen and her parents went to the Battle Subway, they were seperated. Ellen accidentally boarded a subway headed to Anville Town, and had no money to buy a ticket back. Thankfully, Ellen applied for a job at the Train Dock Station to clean the trains and she was accepted. She worked her hardest to get enough money to buy a ticket, and finally after three months of work at the station, Ellen had enough money to go back to Nimbasa.

She bought her ticket, boarded a train, and arrived in Nimbasa. Ellen sprinted back to Castelia City and saw that her parent's house had been foreclosed and her parents were no longer living there. Holding back sobs, Ellen noticed her window was open. Ellen parkour'ed her way up to her window and stayed in her house. Luckily, the bank hadn't come by to claim the house, so Ellen remained to live there for a few months.

One day, a banker came to the house. He saw Ellen and forced her to move out. Ellen cried and asked him to please not take the house, but the banker wouldn't budge. Ellen finally realized she couldn't win him over, and left the house sobbing. The banker, feeling sympathetic, gave Ellen a Rare Candy to help her. Ellen told him that she didn't even have a pokemon so it wouldn't do anything. The banker, now even more sorry for the girl, gave her a pokemon egg to start her out with her journey. Ellen stopped crying, took the egg, and thanked the banker. The banker nodded and left.

Ellen stayed in Castelia until the egg hatched. A female Mienfoo cracked out of the egg, and apparently the mother had been an incredible battler because of the inherited moves. The duo headed back to the first gym in Striaton and beat it easily. They went to the next cities, training along the way and beating the gyms, all the way up to Mistralton. It was then when Ellen received the letter from Professor Kane. Ellen boarded the plane to Orre and waited for the bus at Phenac to arrive.

Pokemon: Mienfoo named Zora
Attacks: Acrobatics, Stone Edge, Aura Sphere, Hidden Power (Fire).
Personality: Affectionate with Ellen but not with anyone else. Parkours with Ellen as well by using acrobatics. Likes to play with fire and has a little control over it with his Hidden Power. Often combines moves together (particularly Aura Sphere and Hidden Power). Playful with other pokemon.

Other: None!

Name: Terry Shin
Age:24
Gender:male
Appearance: Terry is 6'5 and is toned but very skinny. He has a triangular jaw and very light yellowish tan skin. He has Black hair which he has in a unusual style(2 pony tails one above the other and in the front "antennas". He has very long fingers and very long and narrow feet. His shoulder blades poke very far. He has Purple eyes with red lines that divide the purple part in eighths. He shaves his non head hair. He has very sharp and slim nose. He wears Blue Tetrahedron necklace and a red tunic with blue as the secondary color. His Gi has the logo of his father's dojo's logo on the back(a white circle with blue border with a green triple helix twisted into a S). He offer carries a wooden staff.
Personality: Terry is very stern and strict. He loves jokes but only at the proper time and he dislikes jokes that he finds too vulgar or disgusting which are a lot of jokes. He despises insults and will become very enraged when insulted. He dislikes being angry and spends lots of time meditating and exercising to calm his stress but he still cranky at heart. He is very aware of his issues frequently says "I was crotchety old man at the age of 13". He is in tune with his hatred and hates falling in love. He can be very blunt and critical. He is strong believer in honor and chivalry.
History: Terry was raised by his father Kain Shin a widower(Terry's mother died giving birth) and a teacher in the art of Pokemon training. Kain teaches young men(including his beloved son) to be Pokemon trainers in a dojo located in White Forest and encourages students to train with their Pokemon. Terry never saw the point of a trainer exercising when the Pokemon are doing the fighting. His father says it makes the Pokemon respect the trainer but Terry never bought that. He had a history of anger management problems even challenging the master of the rival dojo to duel to the death which Kain stopped. He train with his father until he was 15 to become stronger and deal with his anger. He enter the Unova league twice once when he was 17 and when he was 22. He did exceptionally well in them considering his age.
Pokemon: Hydregion named Siyo moves Fire blast, Dark pulse, Fly, Dragon Pulse. Siyo is very protective of Terry. Siyo is in tuned with Terry's emotions and attacks people who make Terry angry. He tends to fake shame of attacking without being commanded to.

I’ve got two trainers if that’s all right

Name: Acid Tongue (Alice)
Age: 14 (real age is unknown this is an estimate)
Gender: Female

Appearance: She stands at 5’0 but slouches so appears even shorter. Her hair is a chocolate brown and extremely curly, she keeps it past her shoulders. She wears a sky blue tee-shirt that is three sizes too big for her and it almost coves he bright pink skirt. She has a fair skin color, and red thin lips, almost always curved into a frown. She wears white tennis shoes with neon green laces. The left shoe has a weird purple stain on it.

Personality: Her temper is shorter than her skirt. She gets angry over small matters and is always looking for a fight. She almost always is saying something mean, and making fun of things, she is also very sarcastic. Underneath all that, way, way down deep there is a small helpless child who dosen’t know where he parents are, this side is only brought out by two things; fire, she can’t stand the sight of it, because it reminds her of what happened, and whenever she is separated from the King.

History: When she was about four, her small town in Hoenn was burned to the ground by Team Rocket, a small team at the time, which was burning the region to warn a new team that was forming. Her entire family perished, she was left all alone. The person overseeing the attacks was a young girl herself, who took pity on the young girl and brought her back to Kanto and she was trained to be a cold ruthless Rocket. This is where she gained her nick name, Acid Tongue; her words were sharper then swords, she not only defeated her enemies with pokemon but with her words.
Once she went on a special mission, the girl who burned down he home, had left Team Rocket, and they wanted her back. Through careful persuasion, the girl convinced her to quit Team Rocket and join her group of friends on adventures. One adventure in particular helped change her. She went along with the girl to help someone who was an old enemy of hers; Acid didn’t understand why she would do that. They saved the boy, named the Poison King, and it wasn’t exactly love at first sight. They loathed each other, and whenever they talked it ended in arguments. One night they played a game of Truth or Dare, it ended with they had to tell each other their real names. After that they formed an unspoken bond, and didn’t argue, as much. Due to an accident The Poison King formed the habit of sleeping in trees. Often during cold nights he forgot to bring a blanket along. She didn’t know why but she felt compelled to put a blanket on him every night. One time as she tried to do it something startled her and she lost her footing and fell. He was wide awake and caught her. After that they were officially in love.
Acid still acted improperly and still had a nasty temper, a Nurse Joy whose center was being repaired needed help, an apprentice so to say. Acid decided to help out and leaned everything the Nurse knew about pokemon care. But even that didn’t fix her mood entirely. So when she received the letter, the girl talked Acid into doing it instead of pitching the letter.

Pokemon: Nidoran (Female) Venoshock, Dig, Poison Jab, Toxic
Acts similarly to The Poison King.

Name: The Poison King (Connor)
Age: 15
Gender: Male

Appearance: He wears a full suit, but not the typical black and white; he wears a shiny silver suit that when light shines on it, the suit sparkles a purple color. He wears a matching bow-tie and a top hat that has the same effect of the suit. He wears a silver mask too. He stands at 5’6, and stands straight and tall making sure he always has perfect posture. He has light violet hair; only parts of which are visible underneath his hat, and deep purple eyes.

Personality: He is very passionate about what he does, but he still thinks a bit evilly, but is better at concealing it. He is very thoughtful and not as headstrong as Acid. He also is wiser, thinking things though; he is also calm in most situations. He is a bit over protective of Alice and will not stand for anyone hurting her in any way: he doesn’t get mad, he gets even.

History: His parents were really, rich. He had everything he ever wanted. At an early age he showed an interest in potions and making poisons. When he turned 14 he used his money to have a purple castle built in the wilderness of Sinnoh, stocked with all different ingredients needed to make poisons that could do almost anything, he was so proud of his work that he proclaimed himself the King of Poison, and spent all his days secluded in his castle, without any other human life. By chance a girl wondered into his castle lost. He fell in love with her; however she did not she was in love with someone else. In a rage he joined forces with Team Rocket who was also out to get her. They used him and then betrayed him, locking him up in his own dungeon. The girl came to save him along with one of her new friends, after freeing him, the girl’s friend and him, didn’t exactly fall in love the regular way. He argued with her constantly and felt offended by her attitude. One night they played a game of Truth or Dare, it ended with they had to tell each other their real names. After that they formed an unspoken bond, and didn’t argue, as much.
Due to an accident involving one of his potions, he couldn’t sleep anywhere but in a tree. He also was very forgetful and didn’t always bring a blanket out when he went to sleep. But whenever that happened he awoke warm with his blanket around him, he often wondered how this was happening, so one night he purposely forgot his blanket and feigned sleep. To his surprise Acid was doing it, but the branch started to shake and she lost her balance he was quick to grab he hand and pull her back up. After that he was officially in love.
He taught Acid all he knew about healing potions to help her become he best nurse she possibly could, one potion escape his grasp, the eyesight potion. The King and Acid kept trying to perfect it, but whenever they tested it out it made people go blind or make them see spots; he vows to someday find the right mixture to perfect sight. When Acid received the letter he found this to be the perfect opportunity to help get rid of Acid’s attitude and to find new types of poison, so he tagged along.

Pokemon: Nidoran (male): Venoshock, Dig, Poison Jab, Substitute
Acts similarly to Acid Tongue.

Other: not that I can think of.

Name: Jun Villiers

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Appearance: Jun is a beautiful young woman, sporting sandy blonde hair; reaching down to her butt, with striking oceanic blues eyes. She is somewhat tall, being around 5'7" in height. She is almost always fully dressed inside of some type of business outfit, usually involving something akin to the Champion Steven's wear. She is never without her necklace pendant, which sports a stainless silver cross; which can only be worn by the leaders of her family business.

Personality: Jun is a fairly serious individual, though has been known to have a good sense of humor. She is extremely business and Pokemon savvy, having inherited it from her father. She is motivated by her own personal agenda, wanting to usually take her own path to getting strong; rather than waiting for people to do it for her.

History: Jay was born and raised inside of the Hoenn region, living in the lap of luxury that was her family's private business; Centiq Inc. The company dedicated itself to the sciences and advancements of all things dealing with Pokemon and humans alike. It has become an extremely successful business, have garnered attention from many corners of the world. Jay's great grandfather started the business, who passed it on to his son, who followed the same step. However, Jay's brother was proven to be unfit for the job; and thus the role was passed to her. She has, since, become the head of the entire company and; as such, become one of the richest people in the region. She was, at first, very wary of the newest project presented: the regional Professor of Orre sending children over to Hoenn. However, with some encouragement; she decided she would sponsor the trips to it and help fund to help them along the way as well.

Pokemon: Salamence, Female - Jay's Salamence is her very first Pokemon, having been a Bagon ever since she was younger. She is extremely vicious and fierce, fighting with unrelenting power that many have fallen against. She is extremely protective of her trainer, not letting most come near her if she smells that they are of bad/impure intentions. - Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Flamethrower, Crunch, Hyper Beam

Other: Jay is very fond of ice cream and had ordered for everyone to keep ice cream machines in their places of work, much to many of her employees's discomfort.

Personality:personality:Smart and calculating. Michael is cold and distant and makes it a point to look down on others. He enjoys earlgray tea with apple tarts. To most he is very cold and mean but on the inside he is very lonely and cares deeply for his pokemon. He usally prefers pokemon he finds elegant and dark such as Snivy mukrow and milotic

History:Michael is from a wealthy family from Agate Village. Michael's parents are rather distant and spend very little time with him. He also spent very little time with kids his own age thus causing his blunt atitude. Michael met Murkrow when he was younger. He snuck out of the house and wandered into the woods and got attacked by a seviper (Thus causing a fear/disgust for poison snake pokemon) Murkrow defended michael and fended off the seviper and got injured in the process. Michael then took the little murkrow back to his manor and then nursed it back to health and kept him as a pampered pet. When he recieved the letter from Prof Krane. He left home against his parents wishes calling him foolish and to never come back.

Pokemon: Murkrow. Male, Arial Ace, Dark Pulse, Drill Peck, Shadow Ball.

Name: Serena

Age: 22

Gender: Female

Description: Long dark grey hair, yellow eyes. Tends to wear a longsleeved indigo shirt with overly baggy sleeves for show. Wears dark grey jeans with black boots.

Personality: Tends to act serious most of the time. She would much rather be battling or searching for Pokemon than shooting the breeze with people. This is due to focusing on training most of her life.

History: Serena was born in Blackthorn as the oldest in her family, so because of this she felt that it was her duty to carry down the family line of Dragon training. While her younger sister left home to begin on her Trainer journey, Serena stayed home to become a Gym trainer. When she was 18, Serena was sent to Orre to help set up a Pokemon preserve, in order to help increase the wildlife population there. Such a life is dull for a trainer though, and for the past four years Serena has desired a challenge. When a letter arrived for her from Professor Krane offering such a challenge, she made her way to Phenac right away.

Pokemon: Skarmory (Female, Serious). Skarmory was Serena's first Pokemon but least used, thanks to Serena being a trainer in a Dragon type Gym. Like Serena, she has a no-nonsense personality. Moves: Steel Wing, Spikes, Night Slash, Autotomize.

Profession: Trainer

Note: I'm noticing a couple people have final evos, while others have Basics. Which one do we pick? :/
 
Wasn't sure if we were limited to 4 attacks as I saw one person with more than 4.

Name: Tobias Marshall
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearance: Tobias is tall for his age and well built, measuring in at about six foot high and 12 stone with a muscly build. He has messy auburn hair left spiky in front and tied into a ponytail at the back.

He tends to dress simply, favoring a black hoodie, blue jeans and pair of brown boots over more complicated clothing. he has a chain hanging from his belt with clips along it to hold his pokeballs.

Personality: Tobias is a prickly individual. he is initially hostile to those he encounters though once he has warmed up to someone he tends to be very friendly with them. He holds the few friends he makes very close, and while he argues often with them he will drop the argument in a second if they are in danger or upset.

He is confident, often overly so, in his abilities and is fiercely independent and often reacts aggressively if someone calls him immature or offers to help him with a situation he feels he can handle by himself, even though he often does need the help.

History: Tobias grew up in Orre along with his mother, who was a former Champion of the Johto League. His father was killed when he was young by a wild cacturne after getting stuck in the desert due to a sandstorm while travelling.

Tobias has always longed to become a pokemon trainer like his mother, but their are few opportunities for beginning trainers in the Orre region, so when the letter came from professor Krane offering a chance to travel to other regions he jumped at the chance.

Pokemon: Fara, a female Ninetales. Knows Flamethrower, Will 'o Wisp, Extrasensory, Confuse Ray, Energy Ball and is about halfway through successfully learning Fire Blast.
Fara originally belonged to Tobias' mother who was a professional trainer, wandering the world before settling down in Orre, being passed onto Tobias when she died of illness. As a result Fara has been with Tobias his whole life and tends to mother him a lot, she is very close to Tobias and allows him to touch her tails, a sign of trust and respect. In general she is calm and dignified, displaying a frosty exterior to everybody except Tobias or any small children she happens to come across. If something threatens Tobias, or actually hurts him, she becomes enraged and will mercilessly attack whatever is threatening him.
