This looks really interesting but when searching through it to learn I have no idea where to start. Where do I go exactly to learn how to participate in that huge section of bulbagarden called Pokemon Ultra RPG?

I'm so sorry I took a while to reply! The URPG is a very big game that is definitely lots of fun; I've played it and know from experience, so it's awesome that you want to try it out. There are many things that can be explained but I'd recommend looking through the Getting Started guide thread if you'd like to learn more. It outlines everything!
