They are good for PWT, but you need better accuracy for the subway. In 30 battles, the chances of missing once at a crucial time to end the streak is big and even bigger for 50 battles or 100 battles or whatever you are going for. You can't completely avoid "low" accuracy moves with those pokémon, but changing fire blast for flamethrower, hydro pump for surf and stone edge for rock slide will decrease the chances. Draco meteor can be changed for dragon pulse, but you might want to keep it for the huge power difference.
Terrakion should have close combat over sacred sword for the extra power. Hitting through defense boosts is nice, but most of the time, close combat is better.
