What is it?
ROGUES GALLERY is a Private Roleplay Hub. Essentially, a pool of players with pre-existing characters from which participants can be drawn to join Private Roleplays pertaining to their own self-invented superheroes and supervillains.

How Does it Work?
Members of the "ROGUES GALLERY" network of Roleplays may choose to have one or two characters with which to participate in roleplays - either one Superhero or Supervillain, one Superhero AND one Supervillain, or two of the same. As each roleplay is established, the GM (myself) will perform a random drawing of one Superhero and one Supervillain to be the Primary Characters in the specified Roleplay (though specific pairings can be requested as well). The two players will then be notified of their selection and the Registration process will begin. During this time-period, the Supervillain will formulate their "Plot" - after which they will inform the GM, who will then post the opening post of the Private Roleplay.

An individual Roleplay will "end" when either a.) the Villain successfully carries out their Plot or b.) the Hero successfully thwarts the Villain.

Registration Form
Real Name: Your character's true identity
Alias: Your character's chosen hero/villain identity*
Affinity: Superhero, Supervillain, or Anti-Hero?*
Citizenship: Where is your character from?
Gender: Your character's gender
Age: Your character's age
Appearance: A physical description of your character, an illustration, or both
Superpowers: Your character's supernatural talents/abilities (if any)*
Talents: Your character's natural talents/abilities*
Equipment: Any specialized equipment your character may possess*
Origin/Backstory: How did your character become who they are today? Why do they do what they do?

*These fields are required - the rest are not mandatory but it is strongly encouraged that you have these details planned out in advance.

Official Rules
No 'Godmodding'
Don't give your character 'godlike' abilities, such as dodging every attack or 'by chance' stumbling onto whatever item he/she happens to need at that exact moment.
No 'Powerplaying'
Don't control other players' characters or story elements. This includes 'auto-hits' - stating that an attack was successful (Though Auto-Hits are acceptable in the event of a 'Quick-Strike'). Any physical contact during confrontations should be confirmed by the recipient character's controlling-party.
Refrain From Excessive 'OOC' Comments
'OOC' (Out-of-Character) comments should be kept to a minimum, as they tend to clog up the Roleplay. Try to keep these discussions in the Sign-Up Thread or designated OOC Thread for your particular Roleplay. If you feel your roleplay needs an OOC thread, request one.
Respect Your Fellow Roleplayers
This should go without saying, treat others with the same or greater respect as you would hope to gain from them.
Removing a Character
If you wish to remove one of your characters from the character-listing (to replace them with a new character, for instance) it is strongly suggested, for series continuity, that your character's absence be explained in-character (in a roleplay). This is not strictly required, but greatly appreciated.
Inactivity
If a member of a roleplay has the opportunity to post (i.e. is not the most recent poster in their respective roleplay) for a period of ten days or more (without giving express notice to the GM), they are subject to involuntary forfeit at the GM's discretion. Need to notify me of an absence?
Stalemates
In the event that both Hero and Villain in a roleplay incur some level of "victory," the GM may determine that the event ends in a "Stalemate." In such an event, both participants are deemed Victorious. Note that Stalemates may only be determined by the GM.
If You Have a Question...

Current Characters
Characters marked with an asterisk (*) are currently unavailable as they are participating in an active Plot
Characters marked with a strikethrough (strikethrough) are temporarily "retired/suspended"
Superheroes

Supervillains

Anti-Heroes
Anti-Heroes are essentially "neutral" characters, often motivated to do either good or evil depending entirely upon the context - and which will most likely serve to benefit them personally. As such, Anti-Hero characters may act as either Heroes or Villains in Plots interchangeably.

New Alcatraz
11v4l03.png
The I.M.S.P.P.E. (International Maximum Security Prison for Physio-anomalous Entities), commonly referred as "New Alcatraz," is a high-security 'super-prison' located in New York, New York, the only of its kind in the world. Created through the combined efforts of multiple National Governments from across the world, New Alcatraz is the only facility specifically designed to contain, control, and occasionally protect "Physio-anomalous Entities" (Supervillains/heroes). The facility is furnished with a variety of specialized cells tailored to the specific powers and capabilities of their respective inmates, as well as many 'all-purpose' cells for individuals about which little is known or to hold individuals during the interim while a specialized cell is developed.

Quick-Strike
In each roleplay, all participating characters may use one "Quick-Strike." A Quick-Strike is essentially a single attack or other action which can be performed with the assumption of success (i.e. "powerplay"). For instance, you can say your character punched your opponent in the jaw, rather than saying he "attempted" to do so and waiting for your opponents response. Quick-Strikes adhere to a strict "3-Second-Rule" - i.e. the maneuver is limited to what is physically possible for your character to complete withing a three-second period of time.

Quick-Strikes can never be used with the intent of fatal consequences or severe injury, nor are they acceptable as "plot-finishers" (i.e. your Quick-Strike cannot be the sole cause of your victory in the roleplay).

Real Name: Eliot Nadel
Alias: Dr. Catz
Affinity: Supervillain
Citizenship: American. Hawaiian, to be precise.
Gender: Male
Age: 19

Appearance: Dr. Catz is fairly tall, at 6'2, but also very slender and lanky. His hair is on the long side, shaggy, and black. His skin is chocolate colored, and he has green eyes. However, when he does things as a villain, most people don't get to see them. He doesn't have many people he would need to protect, but he prefers not to be arrested whenever he goes out to feed the birds. So when he does dastardly things, he has a tendency to wear a pair of pink, heart-shaped sunglasses. He has a penchant for wearing suits with some sort of cat theme, like tiger-print or leopard print. He puts red highlights in his hair, and to complete the cat theme, he puts on a pair of kitty ears.

Superpowers: None.

Talents: Dr. Catz skipped a few grades, so he already has a degree in physics and engineering. He also excelled in most of his science classes in high school. So he's quite adept at building gadgets to use. Further, he had a job at a pharmacy for a while, and he uses this experience to make various hallucinogens. He also has training in martial arts. If he combines this with his gadgets, he could take on a super. Finally, he has some contacts in the underworld, allowing him to procure things it normally would not be legal for him to have.

Equipment: Dr. Catz carries grenades containing a hallucinogenic gas. Anyone who breathes this gas in will be transported to a heavenly world, where they will frolic in bliss with kittens and unicorns for all eternity. Or at least, until they wake up from the unconscious state the drug puts them in for roughly 30 seconds. Dr. Catz also carries a 10mm pistol on hand, which he has good aim with. On the backs of his hands, he has claws mounted. These can slash a person quite painfully, although their main use is that, with the proper hand sign, they shoot out on chains, latching onto anything and allowing the doctor to pull himself towards it. His sunglasses and ears aren't just for show: His sunglasses can switch to heat vision, and his ears can pick up radio signal, which he can listen to by plugging some earbuds into them. And of course, every villain worth his salt needs some kind of minion. Dr. Catz has a small gang he can order around. He also has a pet tiger, named Chuck. Chuck is fairly well trained, and will follow most of Eliot's orders, and let him ride on his back.

Origin/Backstory: Eliot Nadel was the adoptive child of a pair of astronauts. Being astronauts, and thus themselves very well educated, they put a lot of pressure on Eliot to be a good student. And he was one. He even got to skip a few grades. He graduated college at 19. His parents decided he'd have to pay tuition, and through a friend of his, Eliot scored a rather nice job as a maker of the finest hallucinogenic substances. He realized something: Being a criminal is a lot more fun than being a law-abiding citizen. He realized laws are little more than a construct of man, and it was the decision of man to accept or reject them. Eliot decided he would break down the construct, become the antithesis of order, a supervillain. Eliot got promoted, from drug dealer to extortionist to bank robber, and he began saving up money. He bought a tiger, and got himself a small gang. His name was Dr. Catz, and no laws could contain him.

Hoo boy, I missed this!

Real Name: Charles Dodgon
Alias: The Cheshire Cat (Chesh)
Affinity: Supervillain
Citizenship: Cheshire (*le monkey face*)
Gender: Male
Age: Unknown, probably between 23-30
Appearance: Chesh is very slender and lanky. He usually has brown, frizzy and untamed hair, and large bags under his eyes which have almost unnaturally small pupils. His facial muscles are locked in a spasm, revealing an immensely large grin with mildly sharp teeth. When in citizen clothes, he often disguises this by wearing a large scarf or a sick mask.

Chesh's costume is fairly simple- an open lime trench coat with a black and lime scarf wrapped around his neck. He wears grey gloves with sharp claws (see Equipment) attached. His mask covers his head other than his grin, and resembles a black cat with large, sharp green eyes.

Superpowers: Chesh was the victim of his own experiments, and can evaporate on will. He can use this to scale buildings, become invisible and more, though he usually prefers to leave a green cloud around him.

Talents: Chesh is fiendishly clever, and has a great knowledge of puzzles and chemistry. He is fairly athletic for his build, though this rarely matters as he can vaporise himself at will.

Equipment: Chesh has many gizmos stashed in his pockets- a few bottles of chemicals, for instance arsenic, caesium, liquid nitrogen, halothane vapour and one of his own concoctions, Alisioum, or Wonderland Serum, a kind of drug which effectively rots the brain while the victim hallucinates, often of visions of an Alice-in-Wonderland world. He holds vials of dilute Wonderland Serum in his Claw, a metal retractable bracer shaped like a claw on his left hand. He also carries a scalpel, butcher knife and magnum pistol at all times.

Origin/Backstory: Due to the accident, Chesh is himself very unsure of his background, often confusing fact from fiction. What is for sure though is that he was a scientist driven mad in an accident at work, causing him to be able to evaporate at will. He probably lost a few braincells in the memory department in the process. Chesh is immensely keen on recreating the characters from Alice in Wonderland using horrible torture.

Awesome to see thsi back xD so then we can sign up new characters and also create new ones?
I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you asking if you can resubmit old Rogues Gallery Heroes and Villains? If so, then the answer is yes. Consider Season Three a reboot, however, so the canon is starting over from scratch (i.e. New York is no longer a smoldering, molten heap). :p

@Heroic Sociopath: PENDING

1. If Dr. Catz' disguise consists of a pair of sunglasses, is his true identity a secret? Or is it publicly known? (Yes, I know glasses as a disguise worked for Clark Kent, but I've always found that somewhat dubious) :p

2. What "dastardly things" does he do? And does he have any motive other than "fun?" (Not implying that's a bad reason, just checking)

3. You mentioned his sunglasses enabling "heat vision" - what is it capable of? (warming up coffee, starting fires, melting steel, or burning holes in the ozone layer?)

@Generally Dead Modio: PENDING

What sorts of crimes does Cheshire Cat prefer to commit?

1. Kinda-sorta Clark Kenting. His disguise isn't much, but the secret is the bits of it that he wears outside of his normal garb - the sunglasses, cat ears, and hair highlights - are distracting enough that it's hard to tell him in real life. His facial appearance also isn't particularly distinctive outside of his eyes, which he covers. He does look a bit young, but again, it's largely because of his largish eyes, which, again, he covers. Also, he does tend to carry himself differently in his Dr. Catz persona. When Eliot's out and about as a civilian, he kinda slouches. But Dr. Katz, he walks around like he owns the place, with perfect posture. Think a CEO who can obliterate a small family-run business with a single arch of an eyebrow, or a politician who is about to present proof that his opponent is a pedophile, or a wrestler entering the ring to take down a jobber.

He also presents different sides of himself in his personas. When he's Eliot, he's extremely gentle natured and soft spoken. However, as Dr. Catz, he's flamboyant, playful, and sometimes kind of a dick. In other words, his disguise is just as much his personality as it is how he dresses.

2. Mostly steal things. He may or may not have an actual philosophical reason behind it, or it might just be him trying to justify stealing stuff. He does really enjoy being a villain. Part of the reason he does the things he does is because he likes having a bit of a release. Ever put some paper in a paper shredder? Ever had the chance to break a wooden chair or shelf or something into firewood? It's very satisfying. Breaking things is fun. Dr. Catz gets much the same thrill out of, say, burning down a house. This is combined with the satisfaction anyone would get when a plan they made comes to fruition. He finds it very cathartic, and likes putting together plans. Also, he likes having an excuse to build various gadgets.

3. It lets him see heat. Like cold things show up as blue, while warmer things are red. It's main purpose would be seeing in the dark and spotting invisible foes.

Chesh generally commits crime with an Alice-In-Wonderland or other fairy tales twist; for instance, kidnapping people and making them look and act like the characters from The Wizard of Oz for his own sick pleasure, or creating the titular creature from the Poem "The Jabberwacky" or finally attempting to gas a city with Wonderland Gas so as to create a playground for himself. Of course, when his fundings or supplies run low, he sometimes has to resort to less dramatic escapades such as stealing from a Gold Reserve or Power plant, to fund his next gang needed for a kidnapping or to get the power needed to turn on a horrible some-fairy-tale-or-another-machine.

Overall, Chesh usually tries to recreate the world of fiction in the world of reality, probably as a result of his madness, but sometimes has to go for ordinary crimes when the going gets tough.

Real Name: Alfonz Neckman
Alias: Long Neck Man
Affinity: Superhero
Citizenship: America
Gender: Male
Age: 25
Appearance: Long Neck Man looks kind of goofy. His nose is long, pointy and crooked. His teeth are also crooked, and he has very pointy ears. His chin is also very long and pointy. In general, he's a very long person. He's extremely tall, at 6'6, with long legs and arms as well. As a superhero, he dons an afro wig as a disguise. He tends to dress normally even when he's a hero.
Superpowers: Long Neck Man can stretch his neck to be infinitely long. If he wanted to, he could stretch it around the earth, although it would take a long time, and it'd get tiring after a bit. It would also take a while, even if he can stretch at 30 mph. Also, if his neck is sliced apart, his head grows back at the stump. To kill him, you need to get his body. Finally, he can retract his neck at the same speed he stretches it.
Talents: Alfonz can sing really annoying songs. He also has a very obnoxious, high-pitched scream. It really hurts most people's ears, and exposure for more than a minute can cause temporary deafness for about an hour. Alfonz also makes hilarious funny faces. He has a scream that can be heard from very long distances, and can cause deafness after five minutes of exposure. Also, in his spare time, he jogs obsessively. So he can run really fast. Finally, his tongue is pretty dang long and flexible. He can do things like use it to play piano, and even play video games fairly well with the controller in his mouth.
Equipment: Alfonz has a handheld industrial circular saw he bought online. It can cut through a lot of things, even steel. He also has a bunch of scary masks he can wear. It's not pleasant to find a man with an insanely long neck, a scary mask, and a circular saw running at you either singing annoying songs or screaming in an extremely obnoxious manner.
Origin/Backstory: Alfonz gained his neck-stretching powers when working at the bubblegum factory. He accidentally stuck his neck in the bubblegum machine! He discovered he could stretch his neck as far as he wanted. He decided to use this power to benefit mankind.

Real Name: Mindy Johnson

Alias: Elizabeth Lewis

Affinity: Superheroine

Citizenship: Australian/American

Gender: Female

Age: 24

Appearance: Standing a 6'0" which is pretty tall for a woman her age, Elizabeth is a very beautiful woman. With whispy dark brown hair and grey-blue steel eyes, Elizabeth's face just attracts attention. Actually her whole appearance attracts attention as her build is fit but still very feminine. The best way to explain Elizabeth is that she is basically a model in appearance. It can be explained as tall, feminine and beautiful facial wise. The one thing that Elizabeth likes to do is change clothes and her hair a lot. Her superheroine appearance keeps her hair long and straight while her eyes turn into emerald green but that's it appearance wise. Her outfit however are black heeled boots, greco-roman black divine sparkling skirt, a very dark purple chest armor that is lightweight and flexible. Her outfit includes blackish chrome bracelets.

Superpowers: - Superhuman powers - Elizabeth can lift at just over 100 tonnes in strength. She can go at the speed about 50 times faster than a normal human being. This includes superhuman stamina and agility with exceeds a normal human by quite an amount. Her power is quite immense as she can punch through a building with ease. Elizabeth is a powerhouse superheroine.
- Flight - She can fly at really fast speed due to her superhuman speed.

Talents: - Tactical Analysis - Elizabeth is a warrior, she can read a situation in battle very well. However she is quite ambitious with her thinking but she is a very smart person when it comes to the battles that she fights in.
- Advanced Hand to Hand combat - She can fight in quite a few styles but that was due to an excessive amount of training. It also includes knowledge of staffs as a weapon.
- Reads body language - Elizabeth can read someone's body language very well. Obviously if they are great at hiding it like a Batman then she can't read it but Elizabeth can read body language very well and can tell what the person is feeling, acting or expecting.

Equipment: A Lasso that can only stun the victim temporally. The lasso feeds on the emotion of Elizabeth. Another equipment is bracelets that increase her strength, reflexes and agility as she wears them. It is only tailored to her.

Origin/Backstory: Elizabeth Lewis was born in Sydney, Australia to two teenagers who decided to have a night while they were under-aged. Back then her name was Mindy Johnson and she was given away to a family that lived by the beach just off the New South Wales coast. Her new family were very loving and loved to make Mindy active. Eventually because of that Mindy loved to do some sailing and became excellent at it. She wanted to represent Australia in the Olympics. When she was 16, Mindy met her birth parents and was disgusted by them as they turned out to be useless alcoholics that didn't want to succeed in life. Mindy Johnson changed her name to Elizabeth Lewis. She picked Elizabeth because it was the name of her foster aunt while she picked Lewis to match the last name of her foster family.

Elizabeth Lewis did decide to sail into the Pacific Ocean. However a massive storm hit and her boat was wrecked by giant waves. There were search crews looking for her but they gave up and pronounced her dead as Mindy Johnson. Elizabeth then washed up to the shore of a tiny Island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. She figured that she was going to die even though she miraculously survived anyway. She walked around and eventually found a temple. Elizabeth could see that it was a temple based on the ancient Greeks. There was a dull black armor there just waiting to be taken. Elizabeth took it and it started to sparkle like the moonlight. She figured that it was pretty and it was worth picking up. She did that and fell down a trap into another temple where she was greeted by a warrior race of people that never seen an outsider. They were about to kill her but they saw that the armor was sparkling like the moonlight. Apparently it was said that "The one who creates the moonlight is sent by the Gods and Goddesses." So gestured for Elizabeth to wear the armor. It turned out that the since the armor is now her, she is basically a goddess.

They told her that since she is a lite-goddess that she is now infused with the powers of super strength, flight, speed and such. However she had to learn to use the powers otherwise she would fail. They told her that there were several weaknesses depending on the wearer. Which for Elizabeth is ice, herself (emotions) and anything god-based and magical. She would now receive training in using her powers, tactical thinking, weaponry, channeling her emotions and hand to hand combat. After her training was complete, Elizabeth tried to make sure that she was found. Except she was found in Russia but made her way through a lot of political barriers and without giving away her powers. However politically due to a mess up by the Australian Government, she was still known legally as Mindy Johnson. She moved to the United States to fight crime full time. She always entertained the thought of being a model.

Basically: I wanted to make her into a Donna Troy lite. I felt with Donna Troy there was massive mess up about her name, so I tried to capture it here. I want to play her as still very inexperienced and prone to mistakes but she is a powerhouse. Her weaknesses include herself which means her emotions, her powers and such. Since Elizabeth/Mindy is highly emotional, people can use that to make her weak and have the advantage.

I'll explain more if necessary.

i hope this is ok

Real Name: Isaac de Rufin.

Alias: Crux.

Affinity: Superhero.

Citizenship: French-Canadian.

Gender: Male.

Age: 24.

Appearance: Around six foot and two inches, and weighing in at 70kg, Isaac has quite a lean frame. Although not at all a muscular guy, he has toned well from a lot of exercise, and seems to have slightly tanned skin. He has relatively short, russet-brown hair, which he normally styles in a quiff of sorts -- to keep up with the times, of course. His eyes are a plain grey colour, and are nothing particularly remarkable. He has faint stubble stretching from one ear to the other along his jawline, his jawline being sharp and causing his lower face to appear oddly triangular. His ears are smaller than average, and he has dark, thick eyebrows, normally furrowed into a frown of some kind. With 'worry wrinkles' forming on his forehead, he looks a few years older than he should.

His normal casual clothing consists of a short-sleeved shirt of any kind and a pair of jeans -- so long as they go well together. Isaac's French-Canadian heritage shines through, as he has an enormous sense for fashion. His shoes can change from day to day, ranging from sandals to boots depending on the weather. If it's cold outside, he merely dons a duffle coat. When he has to take on his alias as Crux, he swaps his regular clothes for a leather vest, the chest of which is covered by a ripped, dark brown hooded tunic, and the hood of that tunic is always up. With three-quarter-length khaki trousers and a pair of knee-length boots on, too, he looks a little bit like a French-Canadian Robin Hood.

Superpowers: Isaac has the ability to mimic stellar properties. A star has many properties, and Isaac has the potential to emulate many of those. That's not to say he's a huge ball of fiery gas, though. He is able to emit very bright light from his body, exercise control over plasma (and therefore produce plasma jets), manipulate stellar winds and produce solar flares, generate powerful gravitational and magnetic fields and fly at will.

On the other hand, he constantly has a very minor magnetic field around him in a radius of three feet, rendering him unable to use technology at all, and his abilities require a high amount of energy, leading him to burn out far too quickly if he doesn't modulate his usage. Additionally, when using any of his powers, the energy he emits can be quite unstable, leading to unforeseen damage to the surrounding area if he doesn't pay enough attention.

Additionally, one major passive effect of his ability is an increased lifespan -- perhaps not quite as long as a star might live, but much, much longer than that of a normal human being. His internal qualities also make him resistant to human disease, but he can still be affected by any sort of chemical, including poisons, and he can still be physically killed in the normal ways (he will definitely be affected if you lop off his head).

Talents: His abilities have lead him to become quite interested in astronomy, and he has also obtained a degree in Astronomy. He's also a proficient swimmer, but whoever heard of a star that liked to swim? He has no particular hand-to-hand combat qualities, nor any experience with a weapon. He relies solely on his abilities when in conflicts.

psst as a french-canadian man he is also fluent in both french and english

Equipment: None.

Origin/Backstory: From Blainville, Québec in Canada, Isaac was born to an American mother and a French-Canadian father. He had quite a happy childhood in Blainville, and sometimes his parents brought him on trips to Montreal when he was on holiday, and he couldn't have asked for more loving parents. However, crime rates began to grow as he grew, although he had absolutely nothing to do with it. His home was threatened and destroyed by criminals, but he and his parents survived. They simply relocated to another house in the area, but their family kept getting harrassed by a certain group of criminals. When Isaac was fourteen, he was abducted. All he remembered was suddenly waking up somewhere he didn't recognise, and he was cruelly tortured. Although his family was being specifically targeted, he could never work out why.

During the course of his torture, he was eventually pushed to the brink of coping, and, screaming and crying for release, he found that there was a strange kind of energy building up inside him, pulsing at his fingertips and begging for release. With one of his captors delivering punishment that left Isaac past the end of his tether, the weird energy was released. In a large flash of blinding light, he felt it pour out of him. His captors, as well as the building, were completely obliterated. Isaac was unharmed, apart from the trauma he had went through. He woke up several days later -- a countryside rambler had came across him, unconscious, in a place where the woman had sworn that there had been a warehouse the day before.

Isaac's parents, however, never showed up. Upon asking where he was, he was told that he was in North Carolina, in the United States. Although many calls were made to his parents, and even a visit was made to where Isaac had said he lived, his parents were never found by the authorities. They weren't dead, he was assured, just missing. Eventually, they gave up the search. Isaac was placed into foster care and began to see a counsellor once a week to help him deal with the trauma he had encountered. Upon recovery, he was determined that nobody should ever have to deal with the misery and pain that he and his loving family were subjected to.

He had, of course, discovered his powers, now that they had been tapped into. Secretly, he practised, well away from everyone else he knew. He was determined to use these to help him when he returned to Blainville. After finishing his university degree at 22 years of age, he travelled back to his hometown. Crime still raged rampant, but there was a sudden decrease for the first time in about two decades, strangely enough, coinciding with Isaac's return to the town. Crime reached almost minimal levels in Blainville, in fact. Satisfied, Isaac continued the hunt to find his parents, and to stamp out crime wherever he felt he needed to.

[cries this looked so much longer in wordpad]

@Heroic Sociopath: DENIED

I'm sorry, but Long Neck Man is just a little too... absurdist...(?) to be a good fit alongside most of the other characters that have been submitted so far, and that I anticipate approving henceforth. Basically (and I may not be articulating this very well, I apologize) I'm just not sure that a world where you can obtain superpowers (rather than death) by getting your head caught in a bubblegum machine is the world that I want the Rogues Gallery to take place in. It just makes it harder to take anything else seriously.

That aside, even if he were to be a good fit in the Rogues Gallery universe, being able to stretch "infinitely long" is too much.

@Lyrebird: ACCEPTED

I love it. :-D

@Buoy: ACCEPTED

Looks good. :)

Real Name: Jim Frankenstein
Alias: Dr. Swagalicious
Affinity: Supervillain
Citizenship: America
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Appearance: Dr. Swagalicious is physically tall and lanky. He stands at 6'1,
Superpowers: Dr. Swagalicious has consumed a special brand of his zombie dust. It slowly heals him. Larger wounds take longer to heal. A scrape would take a few seconds, a cut that would leave a small scar will take about a minute, a large gash will take a few minutes, and a huge slash that would kill most people could take hours. He can grow back lost limbs, although it takes weeks. As a side effect, he can also switch his pain receptors off and on at will.
Talents: Dr. Swagalicious is an amazing biologist, and is also skilled in many other fields. So he can make some pretty impressive inventions. His focus, of course, is creating life. Also, he is very skilled at fighting with his cane. He combines this with some capoeira training to be a formidable opponent in hand-to-hand combat.
Equipment: Dr. Swagalicious' main weapon is his zombie dust. It's a sort of fungus similar to cordyceps. When applied to a corpse, it enters the brain, reanimating it as a zombie. He also has his diamond studded cane. With a press of a button, the diamond at it's tip begins emitting a potent electric shock, like from a tazer. It will stun most opponents, long enough for him to finish them off with the 9mm pistol he keeps on hand. It can also kill, but it takes a long time. He already has a squad of zombies. They're a little harder to kill than normal people, as you have to destroy their brain to stop them completely. Their bites will not turn you into a zombie, but the wounds will probably get infected.
Origin/Backstory: How did your character become who they are today? Why do they do what they do?

I shall complete this soon.

Plots won't begin going out until next week. Until then, tell your friends!

Real Name: Wesley (Wes) Stone
Alias: Gale Force

Citizenship: American (Texan)
Gender: Male
Age: 23
Appearance: Wes would be described as looking like a hero. He has good looks and a strong build, coming from working out most days. He has short brown hair that he usually keeps perfectly done. His typical attire would be jeans or brown pants, with a button-up shirt that he keeps tucked into his pants with a belt. This is accompanied with a brown leather bomber jacket. His superhero suit is based on his powers. Its largely tight dark blue pants and shirt, with a cloud and lightning bolt design on the chest. Along with this, he has dark blue boots and an eye mask that he wears.

Superpowers: Your character's supernatural talents/abilities (if any)*
Talents: Meteorokinesis (Weather Manipulation). He can control the weather, being able to send strong force winds, lightning, rain, snow etc. towards opponents
Equipment: None really, he has the super suit. I might think of something later.
Origin/Backstory: Wes was born and lives in rural Texas. There was nothing special about him and his family, an only child, who lived in a normal middle-class American family. He attended high-school, but didn’t pursue a college education, deciding to work in his local town, as a mechanic. Wes never really had aspirations to what he wanted in his life or where he wanted it to go, but this was changed one day, when he was struck by lightning during a severe storm. The event caused him to pass out, and he woke up a day later, quickly noticing that something had changed. Wes found that he could control the weather around him, and manipulate it to his liking. He was never fond of criminals, so he decided to start moonlighting as a hero, who helped stop crime.

Real Name:nobody knows his birth name, but he grew up with the name Gino Flint Hinaltino

Alias:he really has none, but some have started calling him the darkness.

Affinity:anti-hero but more kin to a vigilante

Citizenship:America

Gender:male

Appearance:he is extremely pale. he's physically tall and lean standing at 6'5 and weighs only 100 pounds. His eyes are an odd blood-red color. His hair is a pale white. His hair is long as it goes down to the end of his neck. When he uses auras he appears completely green. Most of his attire are basic clothes. You mainly see him in a black shirt and blue jeans. His costume is a large black cloak. the only difference is that the hood is a dark green color.

Superpowers:Gino uses certain "life auras" that in most people keeps them alive. It turns out that all living things have an excess amount of these auras, so he sucks the excess auras up and uses it to make weapons or projectiles from it. Most of the time he can keep it inside his body, but there is a point where after sucking in he can no longer hold it. He then bursts out in a flash of light. he stops this from happening by keeping himself away from denser parts of NYC. The only other notable thing about his power is he has to have life energy to survive. This causes him to act so cautious he has to live in the city or else he fears he will die, but then he fears he will take in too much and blow the city up.

Talents:
artistic:his side job is a poet for a coffee-house.
Cautious:this could be said as overly so, as he fears he will die or blow up the entire city, even though the chances are too low to think about.
Problem solving:he can think through a situation using only his quick wits.

Equipment:cooling cloak it cools down his body heat for when he collects life aura. It makes him on a heat radar completely blue.

Origin/back story:Gino was found on an island off the coast of NYC. A man who lived on the island and found Gino says "that there was something odd in the air that felt like something absorbed it." When he found Gino he got a surprise as he looked perfect. He took him in and raised him until child protective services came as they found out about Where Gino lived when he was 14. They decided that he wasn't "safe" with the care taker and decided to take him to a foster home. Gino burst with anger. He felt that it was wrong to take a way from his "father". Then the man told his story. The story of how Gino was found, and how he wasn't Gino's father. Gino soon blew up out of anger and emotions. He started absorbing all the life energy around him and soon was on the brink of bursting out the energy when out of complete anger he absorbed all the mans aura. Gino exploded, the entire island blew up.

Gino woke up a day later in New Alcatraz. He was in a cell. The cell had no living life in it. Gino started having trouble breathing and started to yell for help. Nobody came, the place felt abandoned like everybody died. Despair rushed over him as he laid there helplessly. He tried to get up but he couldn't. He felt stuck. Suddenly something snapped. He could move. And somebody appeared in his cell. His name was Mino Min Fly. He said what happened the day before was a complete accident and Gino would have to stay in New Alcatraz until he turned 18 and become a legal adult. The years passed while he learned self-control and new ways to use the energy he needed. He also spent his time contemplating about his own existence and wondering why he is the way he is.

When he turned 18 he got released and given a home in NYC. He soon saw how corrupt the city was with gangs everywhere and a corrupt police system. He had to take things into his own hands, but he still needs to know where he's from. He scourged the streets for nine years always coming to dead ends. he will now do anything to know where he's from. He needs to know, and nothing's going to stop him. Nothing's going to get in his way. He will find the truth no matter what.
