VGC rules amended for release of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire: Valid until December 31

The official VGC rule document has been amended to accommodate the release of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

That's disappointing we won't be able to use custom trainers next year. Hopefully there will be an XY2
