Where will the Sinnoh GF be held?

Hearthome City gets my vote. I can't really see them going with an anime-exclusive town after they've had the previous two Festivals in established locations (Slateport and Indigo Plateau). JMO but of course, I could be wrong.

Anyway, I think Dawn's first battle will be against Jessie (which she'll win, of course)

Then a filler character, then Zoey or Kenny, whom she'll loose too.

Then comes the Battle Frontier D:

For me, I'd say same for Jessie, then she will win against other person, but it will be very tough for her and she will win at the last second

I dunno Hearthome city does seem like a pretty prime realestate location to me too.
