Writer's Block, how to get past it?

Normally when I have writers block with school papers or essays, I try to do something stimulating to get my mind off it for a while. Eating, reading, having sex/masturbating, going on a jog, whatever works.
 
A few hours ago, I had this massive block (actually, I always do, lol) but, if you walk around, think about your character, then the other characters, then about the plot you want it to go along, scenes just flow into my head. Yeah XD

I just run around a random map shooting at people who are more noobish than I am. And then get killed. I usually get ideas while waiting to respawn. Pity I forget them the moment I continue killing noobs.
