Pokemon that could be other Types

Empolean could be flying/water too. well, then again I'm not sure because even though it doesn't say it, empolean might as well be one. but then again, I don't think a pokemon can be three types... and Regice could be a water type, but then it'd be called 'Regiwater"...

I think the opposite. Dragonite's pre evos should be dragon/water :]

Actually, I think there is a chance that GF wanted them to be part Water-type. But then they would have suffered from the same problem that Gyarados would have in Gen 1 if he was part Dragon, mainly having no weakness. And because Dragonite has to be a Flying-type most people would then have refused to evolve their Dragonair, with it gaining the Ice weakness after evolving.

^ Others would go ahead and evolve it, thinking that the massive boost to its stats (especially Attack) is well worth the Ice weakness.

nope, i would still evolve it because dragonite's movepool is bigger(and its my fave poke)..

anyway,eelektross should be water/electric..

actually i think Empoleon would be better suited as a Ice/Water or Ice/Steel since i mean, it IS a penguin after all and penguins live around/on ice, and water types are perfectly capable at using ice type moves. :p

and feraligater deserves to be water/dragon, easily <3

I know they pretty much suck as Pokemon, but why are Volbeat and Illumise not Bug/Electric or Bug/Fire types?

I would have wanted Samurott to be part-fighting. He is based of a samurai and his weakness to flying can be dealt with any ice type moves.

They're not going to change their water starter into a non-water type. That would kinda defeat the purpose :p

Feraligatr could've been another type, but I'm not really sure on Dragon. Dark might work, as it seems a little brutish and dark, and it does get Bite and Crunch.

Lugia. for the love of god it should've been Water/Flying with Psychic abilities

@A fighting type fan Namely because the "fly" refers more to the bug than the act of flying. Flygon has insectoid origins, so it makes sense. Besides, it has Levitate.

I've always thought Spiritomb should be ghost/ground or ghost/rock.

Druddigon - Dragon/Rock

It is the 'Cave Pokemon' and it has a kind of "rock-like" appearance.

I think Charizard should be Fire/dragon since he seems to able to learn bunch of dragon moves, and looks like a dragon.

No. Charizard isn't a dragon type for a reason. It would overpower the other 2 starters. It only learns those dragon moves because it is reptillian.

I could see these.

Anyhow, Cofagrigus could be Ghost/Rock. It almost has a 'fossil' pokemon feel to it.

I thought Ghost/Steel for Cofagrigus, myself. But Ghost/Rock could work. Just a singular typing doesn't make much sense for it, imo.
