Can somebody translate the summary from Haru-kaa?

Nice to see Krokorok and Pikachu teaming up in a battle, I hope they win.

Translated by Sushi.

"The "Desert Croc" Pokémon Krokorok, which regards Pikachu as its rival, has followed Ash and his friends. Afterwards, it wants to get involved in the Pokémon battle against a boy named Nick by teaming up with Pikachu..."

Alright, A Double battle !
Ashiboy, You better use your head & beat the crap of that Nick guy .
And I don't wanna hear you shunting '' I don't need any plan or tactic cause my poekmon has spirit So I'm gonna win with Spirit along''

Pikachu and Waruvile VS. Pedra and Gamageroge honestly has fail written all over it to me. These are fully evolved Pokemon, plus Waruvile hasn't been trained too much. Pikachu has that nasty disadvantage against Gamageroge. I could see Satoshi pulling one out of the hat and winning but, I honestly couldn't see it. Plus Waruvile won't do to hot against Gamageroge either.

Why would the Sunglasses Krokorok decide to battle alongside Pikachu if he had wanted to battle Pikachu all of this time? Hopefully this will be clarified during the episode.

Either way, Scolipede and Seismitoad are excellent opponents against the pair. Pikachu had struggled to battle a Scolipede in BW009 and it is most likely an opponent that Pikachu would be unable to defeat without Krokorok's help. And even if the two pokemon do cooperate with one another, the Seismitoad still has type advantages over them both. Pikachu cannot harm Seismitoad with its Electric attacks and Krokorok has a weakness to Seismitoad's water-type moves. Furthermore, Scolipede and Krokorok have mutual type advantage/disadvantage (Krokorok's Stone Edge) against one another. The battle is clearly against Ash's favor.

Regardless, I am disappointed that the writers have settled with a COTD battling Ash in this episode. This could have been the perfect opportunity for the writers to bring back one of the recurring characters that we saw in the Club Battle tournament. Oh well, it is still good that the Sunglasses Krokorok hasn't been forgotten, so beggars can't be choosers.

Scolipede is getting quite a lot of screentime. I usually hate it when an already debuted pokemon constantly reappears over seeing a new pokemon.

Considering there is a debut in this episode and this is the first time we'll see Pendra in a legit trainer battle, I think that can be excused.

And it would be better if there were two new debuts in this episode. Throh hasn't had an appearance yet and would be in the double battle instead.

But, as of that episode, there's not that many pokémon left to debut, (117/156) which means there's 39 pokémon yet to debut (and that's counting legendaries). Even if we go with 1 debut a week, that still brings us to all pokémon debuted by the end of 2012, so as long as they keep that rhythm and don't take too many weeks without a debut, it doesn't really matter if they actually take some time to showcase some species we've barely seen in an actual battle like Pendra. It's actually fun to see more of some Pokémon who already had their debut in the case where said debut was very quick and/or could have used more screen time.

Just my perspective, but I rather like to see some Pokémon like Pendra again and if, gasp, an episode has to only have one debut to show Pendra in a real battle, then it's something I can totally live with.

Best Wishes will be on hiatus on Feb. 9. Looks like Naruto will be getting its long awaited episode --> Subway one-hour special

I'm really looking forward to this! 3 great Poke's and Pikachu! Seisitoad is pretty strong and has advantage Against both Waruvile and Pikachu! Scolipede is strong as well but stone edge and maybe some other of Waruvile attacks can handle him!
This are 3 great Pokes and OK Pikachu is Waruvil's choice Swadloon would be better! But fingers crossed for good animation! :D

Suddenly, a Waruvile wearing sunglasses appears in front of Satoshi and friends. The Waruvile has long been chasing after Pikachu, regarding him as a rival. But by chance it joins in a Tag Battle with Pikachu.

In the games, could take care of the Bug-type Scolipede with Stone Edge. The real threat here is Seismitoad, who is only weak to Grass attacks and can wipe away Pikachu and Krokorok in two moves unless the sand croc, by some miracle, learns Grass Knot. Best case scenario, Krokorok spams Dig and Pikachu follows it to avoid... Muddy Water... somehow? Good thing Earthquake and Magnitude never appear in the anime.

So it's either Ash wins and cue complaints about type-advantage defiance, or Ash loses and gets stuck with the punching bag label? Seems like a lose/lose to me. I'd rather have the former, myself.

I think Ash will lose the first round due to Krokorok and Pikachu not working together well and then when they battle again they execute perfect team work and defeat Seismitoad and Scolipede. Krokorok then follows Ash and Ash ask if it wants to battle Krokorok says that it doesn't and wants to be captured Ash catches it and the episode ends. That's how I see things going down

Yup, because he needs to win more than just gym battles. He should win more outside of them to show improvement. Throw Iris some loses or something. If he loses here, but rematches in the same episode ultimately winning then fine.

But just a loss, and the obligatory "I need to get stronger"? No thanks.

Oh, Satoshi, I thought you were past this, you know Pikachu's electric attacks aren't going to work against a part ground type just because he's part water, too >___>

It'll be nice to see some (assuming?) higher leveled third evo's battling, especially Pendra :D

Waruvile though. Ugh. I was kind of glad he was gone...hopefully he'll be a formidable battler?

Seems like Ash seperates from Pikachu as predicted, but Ash will get Krokorok at this episode and I see Harley being mentioned this episode revealing that his Cacturne used to be a Cacnea according to a photo seen in Nick's house.
