As announced last week, Sleep Researchers will soon be getting an opportunity to observe the sleep styles of Latios in Pokémon Sleep, with the two week long Latios and the Soul Dew event scheduled to commence Monday June 8th at 4:00am local time.

Commencing Thursday May 21st at 4:30am (UTC), Pokémon Sleep will enter a maintenance period for an update of the software to Version 3.5.0. This update is expected to run for roughly four and a half hours, continuing through until 9:00am (UTC). In addition to preparing the game for the upcoming Dragon-Type Pokémon Spotlight Week and Latios and the Soul Dew events, this update also makes some minor balance adjustments to Wigglytuff, and to energy recovery from dishes.

Sleep Researchers looking to prepare ahead of the upcoming Latios and the Soul Dew event in Pokémon Sleep will be getting some help later this month, with a week-long event focused on Dragon-Type Pokémon. Also announced are the latest list of features and issues that are currently receiving attention from the game's developers.

Sleep Researchers will soon be getting another opportunity to observe the sleep styles of a Legendary Pokémon, with a new event featuring Latios announced for Pokémon Sleep. This event is set to begin in early June.

Tyrunt and Tyrantrum will be sleepwalking its way onto player's devices next month, as they make their Pokémon Sleep debuts in the Buncha Berries Week Part 2 event. This event is scheduled to begin on Monday May 11th at 4:00am local time, running through until Monday May 18th at 3:59am local time.

Pokémon Sleep has now racked up more than thirty million downloads across both Android and iOS devices. In celebration, a set of special gifts are being given out to all players who log-in to the game between Monday April 27th at 6:00am (UTC), and Saturday June 27th at 3:59am (UTC).

Sandshrew and Sandslash will be sleepwalking their way onto player's devices late this month, as they make their Pokémon Sleep debuts in the week-long Spring Festival 2026 event, which this year is running from Monday April 27th at 4:00am local time, through until Monday May 4th at 3:59am local time.

This update is expected to run for roughly four and a half hours, continuing through until 9:00am (UTC). In addition to preparing the game for the upcoming Latias Research event, this update also makes some minor balance adjustments to Absol and Kangaskhan.

Pokémon Sleep's next Good Sleep Day event will run from Wednesday April 1st through to Friday April 3rd. Good Sleep Day events are being held in Pokémon Sleep once every lunar month, starting the day before the full moon, and ending the day after. As usual, a Good Sleep Day Bundle will be available from the in-game shop alongside this event.

Pokémon Sleep has also updated to Version 3.3.3, which makes some minor bugfixes to the game.

Owners of Garmin Smartwatches will no longer need to double-up on their Sleep Research, with Pokémon Sleep announcing that the app will now fully support most Garmin smartwatches for Sleep Tracking and studying Pokémon Sleep Styles.

Noibat and Noivern will be sleepwalking their way onto player's devices later this month, as they making their Pokémon Sleep debuts in the Pokémon Skills Spotlight Week Vol. 1 event. This event is scheduled to begin on March 23rd at 4:00am local time, running through to March 30th at 3:59am local time.

Sleep Researchers will soon be getting another opportunity to observe the sleep styles of a Legendary Pokémon, with a new event featuring Latias announced for Pokémon Sleep. This event is set to begin sometime in April.

Pokémon Sleep are encouraging everyone to get a good sleep for the Pokémon Day celebrations next week on February 27th, with a special ×1.5 Drowsy Power bonus for all players the night before, on the night of Thursday February 26th.

This event is scheduled to begin on February 9th at 4:00am local time, running through to February 16th at 3:59am local time.

Pokémon Sleep's 2.5 Year anniversary was earlier this week, on January 20th. In celebration of this milestone, the game is now distributing a special bundle of gifts to all Sleep Researchers. Details have also been released on the game's next Good Sleep Day event at the beginning of February.

This update is expected to run for roughly four and a half hours, commencing Thursday January 15th at 4:30am (UTC), and continuing through until 9:00am (UTC). In addition to preparing the game for the Super Skill Week Part 3 event, the update also makes adjustments to the Speed Review Function.

Shuckle will be sleepwalking its way onto player's devices later this month, making its Pokémon Sleep debut in the Super Skill Week Part 3 event. This event is scheduled to begin on January 19th at 4:00am local time, running through to January 26th at 3:59am local time.

Pokémon Sleep's next Good Sleep Day event will run from Friday January 2nd through to Sunday January 4th. Good Sleep Day events are being held in Pokémon Sleep once every lunar month, starting the day before the full moon, and ending the day after. As usual, a Good Sleep Day Bundle will be available from the in-game shop alongside this event.
