This event is scheduled to begin on February 9th at 4:00am local time, running through to February 16th at 3:59am local time.
Pokémon Sleep's 2.5 Year anniversary was earlier this week, on January 20th. In celebration of this milestone, the game is now distributing a special bundle of gifts to all Sleep Researchers. Details have also been released on the game's next Good Sleep Day event at the beginning of February.

This update is expected to run for roughly four and a half hours, commencing Thursday January 15th at 4:30am (UTC), and continuing through until 9:00am (UTC). Hot on the heals of the Holiday 2025 — Double Candy Research event that's launching next week in Pokémon Sleep, the New Year 2026 event will begin starting Monday December 29th. Pokémon that made their debut in the game in 2025 will be more likely to appear during this event, with some species making special appearances on Greengrass Isle.
To mark the festive season, Pokémon Sleep will be running a special Holiday 2025 — Double Candy Research event later this month, starting the Monday before Christmas, December 22nd, at 4:00am local time, and running through to Monday December 29th at 4:00am local time. Spheal wearing a holiday wreath, Togedemaru, Cetoddle, and Cetiitan will all be making their Pokemon Sleep debuts alongside this event, while Santa Hat Pikachu and Eevee also makes their returns.

Some people just waking up are sure to get a surprise today, with Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist suddenly appearing for Sleep Research in Pokémon Sleep ahead of next week's Halloween 2025 — Double Candy Research event, which will commence on Monday October 27th at 4:00am local time, running through to Monday November 3rd at 3:59am local time. Eevee wearing a Halloween hat will also make its Pokémon Sleep debut alongside this event.

The Sleep Style Discovery Week event that first ran in Pokémon Sleep in September last year is returning for a Part 2 this coming month. The event commences Monday October 6th at 4:00am local time, and will run through until Monday October 13th at 3:59am local time. We've also received an announcement of a brand new area in coming in early November, the Amber Canyon.
Pokémon Sleep's Buncha Berries Week Part 1 event will start next week on September 29th. Around the start of the event, from Monday September 29th at 6:00am (UTC), a selection of special Berry Week Bundles will be made available from the in-game store. These bundles will remain available until one day after the end of the event, on Tuesday October 7th at 3:59am (UTC).

As announced late last month, Sleep Researchers will soon be getting another opportunity to observe the sleep styles of the Legendary Beasts in Pokémon Sleep, with the two week long Raikou, Entei, and Suicune Research event scheduled to commence Monday September 8th at 4:00am local time. Also announced were details on the Triple Week Bundles available from the in-game shop for the Triple Type Week event commencing next Monday August 25th.
