The 2024 Pokémon Portland Regional Championships were held from 6-7 January 2024, and were won by 3x Regional Champion Alex Underhill. This tournament used the Regulation Set F format, allowing access to every Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet, excluding Restricted Special Pokémon such as Koraidon or Miraidon.

The next set of special Tera Raids in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet will be focusing on the Stealth Pokémon Dragapult, which will be making its first appearance in 7-star Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles between December 5th at midnight (UTC) / 4th at 4:00pm (PST), and December 7th at 11:59pm (UTC) / 3:59pm (PST). This will be followed by a second appearance one week later from December 12th at midnight (UTC) / 11th at 4:00pm (PST), to December 14th at 11:59pm (UTC) / 3:59pm (PST). Blissey will also be appearing more frequently in 5-star Tera Raid Battles during the second weekend of this event.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Ranked Season 36 ran from 1-30 November 2025, with Kirameki Neon taking 1st place in the Double Battle division, attributing their victory to a team featuring Terapagos and Calyrex's Shadow Rider form. The next ruleset for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Ranked Battles has been announced: Regulation Set I will return from 5 January 2026 onwards, with a currently unannounced date for when it will end. Regulation I was the ninth official ruleset for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and first ran from 1 May to 31 August 2025.

The 2026 Pokémon Stuttgart Regional Championships were won by 2024 World Champion Luca Ceribelli. The event ran from 29-30 November 2025, and featured a total of 661 trainers battling for an invite to the 2026 Pokémon World Championships. This was the final tournament in the 2026 Championship Series to use the Regulation Set H ruleset, banning the use of all Paradox, Legendary, and Restricted Special Pokémon.

The 2024 Pokémon Trainers Cup Finals, a National-level event held in South Korea, were won by 2017 Senior World Champion Juyoung Hong. The event ran from 5-6 May 2024, and rewarded the Top 16 trainers with invites to the 2024 Pokémon World Championships. This tournament used the Regulation Set F format, allowing access to every Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet, excluding Restricted Special Pokémon such as Koraidon or Miraidon.

The 2024 Pokémon Melbourne Regional Championships were held from 3-4 February 2024, and were won by Kiran Singh. This tournament used the Regulation Set F format, allowing access to every Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet, excluding Restricted Special Pokémon such as Koraidon or Miraidon.

The 2026 Pokémon Latin America International Championships were won by 2025 Japan National Champion Yuma Kinugawa. The event ran from 21-23 November 2025, and featured a total of 518 trainers battling for an invite to the 2026 Pokémon World Championships. This was the largest-scale tournament to use the Regulation Set H ruleset, banning the use of all Paradox, Legendary, and Restricted Special Pokémon.

A limited-time distribution of a Whimsicott was announced for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet during the day 1 livestream of the 2026 Pokémon Latin America International Championships. This Whimsicott is based on the one used by Federico Camporesi in his winning team in the Masters division of the 2025 Pokémon North America International Championships. This distribution will remain available only until Sunday November 30th, at 11:59pm (UTC) / 3:59pm (PST).

The 2024 Pokémon São Paulo Regional Championships were won by Cristhian Andrade, and were held from 20-21 April 2024 with a total of 223 trainers battling for an invite to the 2024 Pokémon World Championships. This tournament used the Regulation Set F format, allowing access to every Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet, excluding Restricted Special Pokémon such as Koraidon or Miraidon.

The 2026 Pokémon Buenos Aires Special Championships were won by 2025 Santiago Regional Finalist Kenneth Gamboa. The event ran from 15-16 November 2025, and featured a total of 93 trainers battling for an invite to the 2026 Pokémon World Championships. This was the final Regional-level tournament in Latin America to use the Regulation Set H ruleset, banning the use of all Paradox, Legendary, and Restricted Special Pokémon.

The Victory Road November Challenge 2025 was won by Stefano Greppi. The event ran from 15-16 November 2025, and featured a total of 142 trainers battling for a prize of $480 USD. This tournament used the upcoming Regulation Set F ruleset, allowing access to every Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet, excluding Restricted Special Pokémon such as Koraidon or Miraidon.

The next set of special Tera Raids in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet will be focusing on the Dragon Pokémon Goodra, which will be making its first appearance in 7-star Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles between November 21st at midnight (UTC) / 20th at 4:00pm (PST), and November 23rd at 11:59pm (UTC) / 3:59pm (PST). This will be followed by a second appearance one week later from November 28th at midnight (UTC) / 27th at 4:00pm (PST), to November 30th at 11:59pm (UTC) / 3:59pm (PST). Blissey will also be appearing more frequently in 5-star Tera Raid Battles during the second weekend of this event.

The 2026 Pokémon Las Vegas Regional Championships were won by 2018 Roanoke Regional Champion Dylan Salvanera. The event ran from 15-16 November 2025, and featured a total of 705 trainers battling for an invite to the 2026 Pokémon World Championships. This was the final tournament in North America to use the Regulation Set H ruleset, banning the use of all Paradox, Legendary, and Restricted Special Pokémon.

The 2024 Pokémon Orlando Regional Championships were held from 13-14 April 2024, and were won by 2016 World Champion Wolfe Glick. This tournament used the Regulation Set F format, allowing access to every Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet, excluding Restricted Special Pokémon such as Koraidon or Miraidon.

The 2026 Grand Challenge III was won by 2016 World Champion Wolfe Glick. More details on the highest-placing teams from each region can be found below! This event was the third Online Competition in the 2026 Championship Series and used the Regulation Set H ruleset, banning the use of all Paradox, Legendary, and Restricted Special Pokémon. Additional Grand Challenges are confirmed to take place in January and May; Global Challenges will be taking place too, but their dates are currently unannounced.

The 2024 Pokémon Europe International Championships (EUIC) were held from 5-7 April 2024, and were won by 2018 Worlds Semi-finalist Nils Dunlop. This tournament is currently the highest-level event to use the Regulation Set F format, allowing access to every Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet, excluding Restricted Special Pokémon such as Koraidon and Miraidon.

The next ruleset for the Pokémon Video Game Championships (VGC) has been announced; following a series of polls held on Play! Pokémon's various social media accounts, Regulation Set F was voted to return from 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2026. This is the final official ruleset for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet before the release of Pokémon Champions and reintroduction of Mega Evolution to VGC in early 2026.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Ranked Season 35 ran from 1-31 October 2025, with a Japanese player known as Cobalt taking 1st place in the Double Battle division, attributing their victory to a team featuring Kyogre and Calyrex Ice Rider.
