Since I am almost done with my next review, you do Pansage and Simisage (Grass monkeys). This quote must be in one or two sentences and basically tells on your general opinion about the Pokemon. It could be what you like (or not) about it, and you can make it humourous or witty if you want.

Well we simply have around 3 years to see then. We won't really know what they'll be doing until Gray's US release arrives. I'll keep you in mind for when the time arrives though. I'm pretty sure there's been similar controversies on the idea of G/S remakes as well, but we got them anyways as well now did we?
Besides as for what you and Silktree have been saying, the patern I see is that a remake is from a game two generations prior to them, such as the R/B and G/S remakes. The 5th Gen is where the R/S remakes come in, Generation VI is actually where the D/P remakes would go if they choose to make them. Choosing to bump that just because you want a 3DS debut seems a bit selfish.
As for the part of them needing developers, they started B/W's developement after D/P's release, so they're simply starting the 6th Gen after B/W's release. It seems that simple to understand doesn't it? Don't think they'd release the game that early.... remember what happened with D/P when they did that?
If I recall correctly, we didn't agree on what would be the last game for the DS (a third version as oppposed to spin-off games). None of us predicted that Generation V would be released for the DS, though. I remember thinking that if Game Freak were waiting to hire new employees in 2011 (we knew this in 2009), that must have meant that they were working on another DS game first.
I think that most fans are downplaying Game Freak's decision, thinking that the 3DS will still play a role in Generation V, after all. Technically, Game Freak could be hiring new employees to work on the third version, remakes and Generation VI all at once, but that would be a major undertaking when dealing with a brand new system. They can't release 3DS titles year after year like they did with Platinum, HGSS and Black and White.
The fans who think that RS remakes will be released for the DS just baffle me, if to be honest.cool I'll do it

The reason I think Generation VI will be released by the end of 2013 is that I doubt Game Freak will develop remakes first (if at all). Without remakes, there will be little reason to stretch this generation for four years.
