Account deletion request

So I was wondering if it was possible if I could delete this account and start fresh or anew on another account. I just feel like this account has sort of..had its run and I had some quite cringy things on this account. If you can't delete my account, I understand. Or if you can delete it and I can't make a new account, I understand as well.
