Leaders of a New Era event returns to Pokémon Masters EX until March 18th, alongside a Pasio Special Stadium, and a one-time-only Variety Scout

Continuing the game's 4.5 Year Anniversary celebrations, the Leaders of a New Era Neo Champions event from late 2022 will be making a return to Pokémon Masters EX until March 18th. Also returning today is a Pasio Special Stadium, featuring Champion Serena who debuted as part of the Leaders of a New Era event, along with the addition of a new special one-time-only 5★-Select Variety Scout.

Neo Champions: Leaders of a New Era
This new event sees Serena and Calem invited by Lear to participate in his new Neo Champion Stadium tournament, after he witnesses them rescuing sync pairs who were being harassed by Team Break. This event is available in-game now, and will continue through until March 18th, at 10:59pm (PDT).

By completing battles during this event, players can earn Event Voucher O items, which can be exchanged for a variety of valuable items including 5★ Scout Tickets, and a Support Move Candy Coin. Players can also obtain Gems and Event Medals for completing special missions during the event. Players can claim these rewards even if they have previously completed the event during the original run between November 30th and December 19th, 2022.

As usual for events of this type, players will receive bonus rewards if they take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs that players place in their lineup, the greater the bonus received. The applicable sync pairs and reward rates are as follows:

• Serena (Champion) & Greninja, Calem (Champion) & Greninja: +60% (x1.6) Bonus Rewards
• Diantha & Gardevoir, Alder & Volcarona, Jasmine & Steelix: +40% (x1.4) Bonus Rewards
• Acerola & Palossand: +20% (x1.2) bonus rewards
• All other Sync Pairs with the Kalos Theme Skill: +20% (x1.2) bonus rewards

These bonuses stack additively, so having a team consisting of Serena (Champion) & Greninja, Calem (Champion) & Greninja, and Diantha & Gardevoir, would grant a combined +160% (x2.6) rewards.

Players should also note the following when playing this event:

• The number of plays available for Daily Extreme Battle 1 are reset every day at 10:00pm (PST).
• To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
• The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those players can actually obtain.
• All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.
• Leftover Event Voucher O items will be automatically converted to coins at a rate of 10 coins per item at the end of the event, and sent to players' Present Boxes

Pasio Special Stadium - Vs. Champion Serena
In this latest Pasio Special Stadium, which will run until March 18th, at 10:59pm (PDT), players will challenge a team comprised of Lorelei, Bruno, Bertha, and Grimsley, lead by Champion Serena from the Leaders of a New Era Neo Champions event. All five of these trainers share the same Grass-type weakness. This Grass-type Neo Champion Stadium tournament previously ran in April 2023.

The Pasio Special Stadium is a limited-time event in the Champion Stadium runs concurrently with the normal Champion Stadium challenges. During the event, players are challenged to battle against a mix of Elite Four members and a Champion from different regions, with all five battles sharing one featured type weakness. The usual rules apply to the Pasio Special Stadium as to the normal Stadium with regards to restricting sync pairs after they are used to win a battle, special parameters, and the use of Master Mode options, although the Master Mode point rewards differ from in the normal Stadium.

To participate in the Champion Stadium, Trainers must have completed Main Story Chapter 10: A Reason to Battle (Normal) in single-player. To attempt the Pasio Special Stadium, players must also have completed the Champion Stadium Kanto Challenge on Normal difficulty. The Normal difficulty of the Kanto Challenge is always available, regardless of the current regional rotation of the Champion Stadium.

One-time-only 5★-Select Variety Scout
A special 5★-Select Variety Scout is now available as part of the continuing celebrations of Pokémon Masters EX's 4.5 Year Anniversary. On top of giving players a standard Sync Pair Scout x11, this Scout also allows players to select and team up with a 5★ Sync Pair from a pool of 20 past Variety Sync Pairs. This one-time-only scout requires 3,000 paid gems, can be used only once during the scouting period, and will remain available until March 18th, at 10:59pm (PDT).
