Quick Reply / VM problem

I expanded the box in which you type Quick Replies and now it won't revert back to the original size! It only gets larger from there. Is there any way to get it to shrink to normal? Whenever I type up VMs, the box is the size that I changed it to, and it doesn't shrink.

On the bottom right-hand corner of the box there is an expander. It can be used to both make it larger and make it smaller.

It does have a limit though as to how small you can make it.

That's what I used to expand it, but now it won't shrink back to original size when I use it again.
