When Ritchie was looking for Pokemon constellations in the stars, wouldn't they already have been charted? Or is he the very first one to discover astronomy. Or astrology. I get mixed up between those two.

Note: Astronomy is the scientific study of space. Astrology is a nonscientific practice, often having to do with fortune telling.

Constellations are just made by people. The stars don't actually form any shapes, people just decide what they look like and we keep track of the historical ones and such. Ritchie's just trying his own interpretation of the constellations.
