She's probably pissed after discovering the D/P ROM she illegally downloaded through the Team Aqua P2P network was actually fake.
 
Oh, it appears more than that once. They seem to use it quite a bit, Team Aqua.
 
I'm pretty sure the Pocket Monsters ("scary Clefairy") manga featured a DS the month it came out in Japan.
 
And there are a bunch of DS-related 4koma gags... including one with Smeargle the manga-ka.
