The Sylvarant Dynasty - a gen 4 team.

So what do you do if Gengar gets a Substitute up on Gliscor and it has Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, and Hidden Power Fire? I'm just wondering what your response would be.

Thankfully that set is pretty uncommon. If it happens to be HP Fire, I would end up losing Scizor, I could always revenge with Rotom.

If rocks aren't up, Tyranitar has a pretty solid shot of living a Focus Blast from Sub + 3 attacks Gengar since they usually run Lefties. 87.1% - 103%

Or... I could set up Empoleon, since I always live a Focus Blast and I get put into Petaya range since Sub HP Fire Gengar runs Lefties. Either way, I lose Scizor though which can open me up to other threats.

HP Fire Gengar is probably one of the biggest threats to this team unfortunatly. Luckily most people run Pain Split.

Thats a great team you got there as long as you can pull it off, and yeah your right. HP Fire Gengar could be a huge threat saying how your scizor has a 4x weakness with any fire moves along with your roserade having a 2x weakness but luckly you have revenge killers to back them up!

Hmm, also be careful of Mixed infernape with hidden power ice, however they're not that common so you should be ok, as long as rotom is still alive :)

Have you tested Impish > Jolly on Gliscor? Unless you fear Jolly Lucario, you probably don't to run a speed-boosting nature on a Toxic-less Gliscor.

Makes sense, other than that, it's built pretty solid.
